Often the teachings of Jesus Christ are met with magnifying glasses. Men examine, question, and even deny that many words in the bible are true. Words of the bible faces all kinds of scrutiny among men. Many do not believe , many say it was not written by men who were God-inspired, or men who tampered and changed what was it's original text. Believers of Jesus Christ face the same kinds of scourging when they present the true word without addition or subtraction. During the far and wide history of Christainity, many Christians use the word to do what they will and thus, the word is used to only make them look and appear holy. The Word is not the cause of what men do. The Word of God never changes and remains the same. True followers of the Word live a precise life of following what is written. People follow thousands and thousands of religious teaching, some of them are of their own. Yet I've found that teachings of Christ are not of his own either, but are teachings of God. The true teachings that men will try to rationalize, change, and question but very few of them will follow them in their daily lives. When we love God completely then we follow what is said in his Word. It is a teaching we know is not of our own.
"Jesus answered.
"My teaching is not my own. It comes for him who sent me."
If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching
comes from God or whether I speak on my own. "He who
speaks on his own does so to gain honor for himself, but he who
works for the honor of the one who sent him is a man of truth,
there is nothing false about him." "Has not Moses given you the
law?" Yet not one of you keeps the law.
"Why are you trying to kill me?'
[John 7:16-19]
How so often men are trying to kill the WORD?
