A stretch of the Interstate 240 will be named to commerate the late singer Issac Hayes. After all the city ordaniances are passed, a new name for I-240 will be named Issac Hayes Interstate. The new name and stretch of highway will become offical soon.
It's hard to say goodbye when there's a highway that keeps traveling with your name.... Well ...I'm talking bout Shaft!.... D_____.....right!....Shut yo' mouth!

THERE MAY BE FREE SUMMER CAMP FOR MANY MEMPHIS CHILDREN
Owners of the Daniel Law Firm is offering to pay for children who qualify to attend free summer camps in Memphis. The law firm will be sending off perhaps dozens of children to be part of their free pre-paid summer camp programs. Memphis moms and dads can get the "good bye" information now while it's still early by calling [901] 525-5555.

The Awesome Corporation which makes a household cleaner by the same name; will be opening a new company site in West Memphis, AR. The company based out of California will make-- and or distribute it's Awesome cleaning product at it's new location facility. The new opening will present up approixmately 200 new jobs for Arkansians. The company's opening is being welcomed to West Memphis because unemployment has plunged in that small city. A date set for hiring and opening has not been set. A company spokesman said that West Memphis offered them a great deal and they will be hiring positions for Chemical Engineering, production lines and warehouse workers. The product "AWESOME" is sold around the country in many Family Dollar Stores.
