McDonalds Shrek glasses recall was announced June 4, but details on how to return the 12 million cadmium-tainted glasses won't be available until today, June 08, 2010. Many customers are wondering what to do in the meantime and when and where to return the tainted tumblers? Sources of the CSM stated that logging on the McDonald sight was inaccessible to many users seeking information on the product. It is adviced that customers who still have the glasses do not throw them away, because McDonalds wants all the glasses back which they will pay a full refund in cash to have them returned. Still claim details are hazy and if you have any of these glasses you might try going on line or visiting your local McDonald where your purchased the glasses to see how you can return them for your refund. The cause of the recall is the due to traces of cadmium in the cartoon designs.
