The upcoming elections for Congressman, and Shelby County Mayor are up and stuck! Local televisions stations are scheduling debates for candidates who are stuck on making their pointers in the becoming winners with the voters. However, there is a little controversy between the candidates running for a congressional seat. Former Mayor W.W. Herenton and present Congressman Steve Cohen are stuck on when and where they want to debate. Herenton has requested to use the local station WMC TV instead or WREG television. While, Cohen is still up for grabs to just hold the debate at WREG. Herenton declined to hold a debate with WREG because his is not favorable with the panelists hosts..and has the contract to debate with WMC. It's one or the other, but which will it be? Cohen said during a interview..."I've never question who would be asking the questions during any debate. When you're a congressman, your job is to answer questions. It's not a privilege to ask a candidate or congressman a question." Herenton replies..." If you've conducted yourself in such a way you that I don't respect you, and I make a judgement that I don't want to deal with you, that's my right," "Just respect it." The two are stuck on debating a debate! Meanwhile, the candidates for the Shelby County Mayor position; Interval Mayor Joe Ford and Mark Luttrell are stuck on getting their debate over and done with.

Victims of a double shooting of two young males left a 22-year dead. Police reports indicated that the two young men were outside in a yard which was not either of the victims home. The woman who lives in the resident was stuck in a state of shock because they were found lying on the ground in her front yard.. "This is shocking, and to say a body was in my yard...I can't believe it!" The woman did not know either of the victims. The other male victim is in the hospital in critical condition. No suspects have been arrested, but police indicate they are conducting investigations and motives.

A 53 year old woman admitted to shooting and killing her spouse of 32 years. Police in Cayce, Mississippi said the woman openly addmitted to doing the murder. She telephoned 911, and when they arrived found a man in a bloody bed. The woman would not speak anymore as to why she killed her husband, but only asked for legal counsel. She was stuck with alleged murder but her lips were stuck in keeping closed clues as to why?

A Memphis woman was recently invoved in a beating that bruised her eyes to closure and left her with broken and fractured ribs. The woman was actually involved in a case of domestic abuse. The woman was said in her first report that she had been attacked and robbed, but later came forth and admitted that it was her boyfriend who had carried out the abusive to her face and body. She was "stuck" in telling a lie to protect her lover from going to jail, because she was terrified he would cause her more injuries or even threats to kill her. It was several days, before she ever received medical attention. The woman's aunt is quoted as saying..."Only a Lo'down man would do such a thing." "A lo' down man." The woman identify is held in from this story for privacy purposes. Her boyfriend is being withheld on an alleged charge of attempted murder.
