YOU'RE NEVER TOO OLD.... (278 hits)

Everyone can learn, particularly if there nothing to obstruct their learning process. You've probably heard or read many stories of seniors going to back to high school, taking the GED test or entering and returning to college. I've learned over the years however, that everyone doesn't learn at the same age level or at the same ability of speed. Some people are quick learners, others learn at a slower pace. In addition, everyone doesn't learn the same exact way. Some people develop and learn better when they have aged. Learning can be so exciting to some; and to others it may be viewed as a burden. Many people hate to learn and they tell themselves "I can't do it. " They refuse or, struggle to start at learning. Learning to them has found way to blocking their minds and they lock the door to the tremedous opportunities of knowledge. Any one wanting to learn must be a willing subject. Otherwise, they have preferred not to obtain the knowledge to be offered to them.

Educators today have faced many students who perhaps have given them to a challlenge of their teaching abilities. Students who refuse to be taught, cannot of course learn. Teaching is a very special quality and ability. Teachers strive to educate, and pass along knowledge. They are also learners and they learn ways that teach those who may be having difficulties in studying and learning. They may spend endless hours in demonstrating a teaching task, or the may point out and use methods of teaching that have been highly successful with difficult learners. They study too, so they will continue to sharpen their teaching ability, and many teachers sacrifice much time, and effort to forefront the importance of educating.

There are many types of teachers from A to Z. Teachers of any type want to share their knowledge with others. It's part of their learning process. Continually educating is the factor of which they function. Teachers are not all collegiate grads. There are teachers who are mentors, mothers, fathers, family and youths. At one time or another, all of us are learners and teachers. What makes most of us the best teacher, is making the most to spread what you've learned for the benefit of good in everyone approached with an open mind to fill. It's no surprise the ageless gift of teaching is also the ageless gift of learning.

I've learned much and I'm teaching what I have to share with you.

I've learned the art of spreading and sharing Bubbles...OOOOOOOOOOooooooo!

Sharing this saying today:

"You'll never too old...TO LEARN."

TO LEARN YOU ARE TO TEACH

TO TEACH YOU HAVE TO LEARN IT'S NEVER TOO OLD TO LEARN.

Irma...like they say down south sometimes..."that show is good! " Ha! What a great moment it was I'm sure. I love to see seniors achieve. My eldest sister recieved her GED at a late age. How proud she felt. It was a moment to remember. She did it! So congrats...it's never to late for congrats either!

MIISRAEL, I can not tell you how proud me and my friend was when at our graduation when we were given a special award for being the oldest to graduate from the African-American graduation...at that time...now there are graduates much older than our 51 years old. (smile)
