DTA is (Dip Test Authorization). Yes, we can provide Dip Test Authorization upon Proof of Funds (POF) Here are the procedures:

1. The prospective buyer will have to sign the FCO (Full Corporate Offer and issue his
Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order ICPO)
2. Give us his financial information. BCL or RWA from his banking institution.
3. Upon receipt of POF we will provide them with the location of the tanks where the
products is being stores to enable them perform a DIP Test.
4. Once they perform DIP Test we will ask them to have their bank issue whatever instrument they want to issue MT-103/23 is the most common (Which is a conditional
Payment Guarantee).
5. They arrange for the logistics, however they want to take the possession of the product and we transfer the title in their name upon receipt of their payment.

Again, American Blacks do not need jet fuel. Black Americans need to become a sovereign people on a portion of this continent that we could worship God, pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way, am I right.

Right now Black Americans are a subjugated people and legally the property of the old slave masters� children of today.
