Dr. Maxwell Maltz, a famous plastic surgeon, coined the term "psycho-cybernetics", meaning that we are goal-oriented creatures.
Once we have an image firmly entrenched in our sub-conscious, we will spend all of our energies making the image come true--for better or for worse. Once we understand this simple but powerful principle, we can change our beliefs and change our lives for the better.
