By now we all know about the four men who’ve accused Bishop Eddie Long of wrongdoing, but this new video asks: Who is the 5th man named in the Eddie Long lawsuit?
Andrew Moman is not the 5th accuser of Bishop Long, but rather, is named in the lawsuits as a man who knew of what was going on. For example, Flagg’s complaint against Long reads:
Employees and agents of Defendant New Birth, including Andrew Moman, Anthony Render, and April McLaughlin often accompanied Defendant Long and Plaintiff Flagg on the overnight trips and knew that Defendant Long was sharing a bedroom with Plaintiff Flagg.
Andrew Moman is a Minister at Defendant New Birth Missionary Baptist Church and serves as Athletic Director, says the same lawsuit.
But reporters have yet to catch up with 30-year-old Moman.
Spencer LeGrande knows Moman, said the reporter in the video, but does not consider him a friend.
Named in all four lawsuits, Moman has a MySpace page that contains pics of Moman all over the world, and lists Bishop Eddie Long as his hero.
The reporter went to his house, and someone looked out the window, but would not answer
“On information and belief, Golod House was owned by Andrew Moman,” reads the lawsuit.
“Shortly after moving in the Golod Way House, Defendant Long gave Plaintiff Flagg a 2000 Mustang Convertible to drive (the “Mustang”),” it continues.
That’s how it links Moman to the case, not only claiming property connected to the case was in his name, but also claims he had knowledge of nefarious dealings:
“Various individuals working for Defendant Long, Defendant New Birth Baptist Church, and the Longfellows Academy, including but not limited to Andrew Moman and April McLaughlin, knew of Defendant Long’s s*xually inappropriate conduct and did nothing to warn or protect Plaintiff Flagg,” reads the lawsuits allegations.
No doubt reporters will be digging into each of the names named in the lawsuits to uncover just how much they knew about what went on behind Eddie Long’s closed doors.
