EXPOSING THE TRUE MAINTENANCE MAN
(Why keep taking my car to a bad mechanic?)
PART 1
When I got my first car I was very excited! Firstly, because I WAS FREEEEEEļ able to move around without petitioning for rides. Secondly, the car worked! It was in very good condition. It started right up when I turned the key. The headlights came on when I wanted them to. The air conditioning worked as well as the Heat (which by living in the STL you often need both in the same day). When I needed to stop, the breaks worked just fine when I pressed down on them. IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL THINGļ
Sadly, just a few months later the car began to sputter. I took it to a mechanic I thought was reliable. I came back just a few hours later and the sputtering had stopped. The problem was apparently fixed. Suddenly my engine was smoking. I took it back and it was fixed. Then the water pump broke. I took it back and it was fixed but around this time the sputtering started back up. Then the windshield wipers, tail light, steering wheel, transmission, axel and radiator all began to give me problems. And as one was being fixed the previous problems slowing began to come back up.
NOW, what would you suggest I do in this situation? Should I keep going to the same mechanic or perhaps try a different method?
Like my car most of us are always broken. Physically there is always a problem. A knee pain, headache, a sneeze, a cough, arm, chest or ankle pain. We go to the doctor and they prescribe some med¡¦s. But very soon the problem is back again. What¡¦s the answer for the problem this time doc???? More Meds¡K¡K
Why keep going back to the same method that obviously isn¡¦t fixing the issue.
The same method that is not fixing and is seemingly causing others.
Why keep spending money on pills that have NEVER healed anyone????
Grand mama has been taking her car to the same mechanic for over 50 years and is still breaking down on the side of the road.
MAYBE IT¡¦S TIME TO TRY A DIFFERENT MECHANIC
CONT¡K¡K.
