The fight to defeat a pair of amendments that would change the ways legislative districts are drawn in Florida has sparked one of the unlikeliest alliances .
African-American leaders, including civil rights icon John Lewis and the flamboyant Al Sharpton, are lining up with Florida Republicans in urging voters to shoot down the amendments.
