Floyd was seen as the white--establishments choice for champion. A Christian suck-up. The fight marked one of the few occasions where Ali appeared cruel in the ring. He was riled and reaky to take it out on his opponent. He fired punches of all styles from all angles. he danced around Patterson, hittimg him at will. As he did so, he called Patterson an "uncle tom"...and asked him now what is my name again ? Say Muhammad..then Ali would punch him. POW...Again, Ali asked Christian Patterson now what is my name...say my name...then POW....say Muhammad...POW....Muhammad Ali beat the F-CK OUT OF PATTERSON.....HE MADE UNCLE TOM CHRISTIAN SUCKUP PATTERSON LOOK LIKE A WHOPPED HOUND. (excuse me I cannot stop laughing)

Floyd Patterson even had his white woman, Janet Seaquist. He was already to show this muslim up. He had a big mouth and Almighty God Allah was going to show the christian world what muslims think of loud mouth christians. So Muhammad Ali was given the mission to kick this black christians uncle tom azz. There was no messing around, Muhammad Ali was going to kick his azz and he did. Hello Jamal,
Both Mr. Patterson and Ali are ignorant to have made an issue about something that does not belong to either of them since they are both Black American men and descendents of slaves, am I right.
Muhammad Ali is an Arab name. Mr. Patterson’s religion is Christianity, which is a European religion. Consequentially, you could see how stupid both of them are to have been personal in the ring when both of them were cut from the same fabric, but Ali thought that he was different and better than Mr. Patterson. However, in reality both are knuckleheads. Am I making any sense?
Black America’s religion is LIFE. What the both of them should have been fighting God for is a religion of our own and a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country. The both of should have wanted the blessing God gave to the children of Israel in the time of Prophet Moses, am I right.

The world was watching and listening to the Ali and Patterson fight. Yes, there was a message being sent. Remember, Patterson was already a champion. It was a devasting blow to status-quo.

NO...you do not know the will of God...so leave it with that...you do not know..so since you do not know....why not speak about what you know...which is.....that Muhammad Ali beat the living crap out of Floyd Patterson, a christian with a white woman living the uncle tom dream. So God made the statement that uncle Tom's are in for a similar azz kicking in life if they go down the similar path of a suck-up.

Jamal, this is a spectacle to behold. When the Christians are finished with the Muslims and the Muslims with the Christians, then the Christians will be set against each other, and the Muslims against each other, and in the end the Devil will be the only one left standing, laughing at his destruction. Muslim men should not beat their wives and Christian men should not beat their wives. The rap of beating wives should be addressed to all brothers, all men and all male. Christian men have kill, beat and mamed their wives. This is like the kettle talking to the pot.

A lot of people ask me this question about Muhammad's viewpoint of women. Contrary to popular belief, Prophet Muhammad never hit a women or child in his life. In fact Prophet Muhammad in his last sermon said in reference to women, “I recommend that you treat women with goodness. The best of you are those who treat their wives the best. Treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers."
If ever there has been a controversial verse in the Quran that the Muslim community misinterprets to mean that a husband should beat his wife, it certainly is verse 4:34:
"Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whom part you fear disloyalty and ill conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance) for Allah is Most High, Great (above you all)."
Verse 4:34 in the Quran is not about wife abuse or domestic violence at all. Nor does this verse allow a 'superior' husband to 'beat' his 'inferior, disobedient' wife.
On the contrary, this verse appears to tell us that a husband must look after his wife (an equal partner who, like he, is obedient to God), and that when either of them is causing problems in their marriage, they should first talk to each other about it, if that doesn't help, the husband should begin avoiding her by leaving the marital bed.
If that still doesn't resolve the situation, both parties should avoid each other's company altogether, and the husband should possibly leave the house for a while, so that no problems are added to the conflict, and so that things can cool down a bit to maximise chances for a later reconciliation.
If and whenever the problem is solved, when both husband and wife are committed to the marriage again, then the husband and wife are advised not to keep using the incident against each other and to consider the incident closed.
The Quran also states, "If a wife fears cruelty or desertion or ill-treatment on her husband's part ther is no blameon themif they arrange an amicable settlement between themselves." (Verse 4:128)
The conclusion is clear- domestic abuse does not promote or nurture peace in the home and therefore cannot be tolerated within the Muslim community.
Islam does not promote the beating of women and in Muslim (and non-Muslim) households, domestic violence is a crime. That's regardless of anyone who misinterprets the verse from the Quran...or those who use religion as an excuse for an attack on a woman!!!

So Floyd Patterson walks out to face Muhammad Ali.....the uncle Tom Champion believing in a dead God versus the Muslim Ali with a statement to make. With every blow, status-quo of sucking up to the white man was hit and Ali made his point. It was a very good fight...the Christian was beat to a pulp and the black masses had a new champion...Muhammad Ali.

How much mechanical energy is transferred from a man throwing a fist to a persons face.
1/2 m (v) squared = 1/2 m (v) squared
fist face
v = velocity of Ali's fist v = velocity of pattersons face being hit
m = mass of his fist m = mass of pattersons head
The point energy cannot be created only transferred meaning most of the energy had to be transferred to Pattersons face since his head only shook a small velocity. Meaning most of the energy was transferred to Patterson's face or in other words...the brothers face was hurting.
