Blacks struggle with 72 percent unwed mothers rate

Seventy-two percent of black babies are born to unmarried mothers today, according to government statistics. This number is inseparable from the work of Natalie Carroll, an obstetrician who has dedicated her 40-year career to helping black women.

I think the real issue is that Black Gay and Black Bis*xual Men need to stop having unprotected s*x with both men and women or better yet the Black Church needs to address this issue so that folk don't have to be on the "down low" and be free to come out and be who they want to be.

I second that notion! I remember when I was single, I had a fine young Black dude ask me to have his baby without any mention of committment. I thought to myself what kind of fool must he think I am?
