Nation Building seeks American Prisoners for building roads and highways in Africa ! (260 hits)

Many African American prisoners are serving time for crimes other than murder, rape or pedophilia. They cost the American taxpayer millions of dollars doing relatively useless work for American society. An option Nation Building offers is a negotiated settlement with the American Judicial system for the release of minority prisoners for infrastructure duties in several countries in Africa, including Tanzania, Morocco and Egypt. Specifically, our goal is to bring greater energy capacity along with power distribution allowing for an increase in manufacturing to the host country. Its efficiency depends largely on a transit system of roads and monorail.

American prisoners with 10 year or 5 year sentences could serve the bulk of their sentences laying pipe, attaching cable, pouring concrete in Tanzania lowering dust and increasing mobility. They would be under supervision but after their sentences, they return to America for release orders.

Saint: what should be exerted onto Africa "other" than labor. Another song, or a heavyweight fight, or maybe a concert. That is where you should read my book, then you would KNOW and not be confused. Force is not good for anybody. Forcing someone to live in Africa is not right. American prisoners deserve the right to choose where they want to live when they have served out their time. It would be wrong for Nation Building to force American Prisoners to remain in Africa. Those, however, that complete their sentences and "choose" to remain to Africa are welcome.

Saint: science technology is not a given to human beings. They have to learn it and to learn anything, first, you must want to learn something. There are millions of human beings that prefer not to learn only to feel and be driven by emotion. The differance between a prosperous nation and a underdeveloped nation rests with the utilization of science technology. The very subjects that many African American and black African avoid of this day as oppose to yesterday.

So we bargain based on ability to get what we want is land. Parties negotiate when each side has something that the other one wants right know. Ok, what do we have right know. It is the skills and knowhow. For example, among my many sets of electrical drawings are the complete one-line of constructing drawings for a material refinery. Then there are the Electrical and mechanical drawings of a power substation rated at 13.8 KV down to 480 v. This knowledge was begotten by desire as oppose to a pill or a shot of liquid. Science technological knowledge does not just happen ......it is earned.
