You can look" 2 sharp " if you have the right dress for the right occassion. If you're on a low on budget or; you just don't want to buy new clothing take an inventory of your wardrobe and wear something you already have.

Keep that basic red/black/or white, but snazzy it up with accessories.

Lovely..Black Women...Add a few good pieces like a nice necklace for women, or a holiday broach and top it off with small tiny pearl or imitation pearl earrings If you have a scarf you can use it around the waist or swoop it into a bow like a present about your neck.
