Meditation of scripture sometimes require you take deep breaths. Find your space or sit in an upright positon.
Breathe in and out slowly.
Open your mouth and inhale... and gently exhale ...through your nose.
Reverse breathing technique after several encounters.
Allow the breath of life to calm your temperments.
Relax your worries/concerns/thoughts in a feel your inner spirit.
Repeat this process several times each time filling your lung with breaths of life.
When you have finished your repetitions
Sit quietly.
Think of the Holy Spirit giving you life breath, healing or answering your
silent prayer.
Reflect on your new life.
You new life is spiritual and your breath is life from the Lord.
The Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground
and breathed into his nostrils
the breath of life,
and man became a living being.
[Genesis 2: 7]
"Nor is He worshipped with men's hands
as though he needed anything since He gives to all life,
breath,
and in all things."
[Acts 17:25]
