Blame Chicago's black leadership not Carol Moseley Braun

Carol Moseley Braun is taking a lot of heat for her dismal showing in the Chicago’s mayoral race in which she only got 9% of the vote. But Mrs. Braun had a lot of help in losing and most of that help came from Chicago's black leadership.
