It is a glorious feeling to be in motherhood. Each experience elevates the beauty of birth and the celebration of the beginning of new life. The Word gives ones like us the beatiful accounts of women and birth througout centuries of bibical history. I found that this very story of Hannah is inspiring to not just mothers, but through the faith of trials, prayer and promise. Enriching is the very story of a woman barren who prayed dearly and sincerely that the very priest thought her to be drunk with wine!
HANNAH'S TRIAL:
Hannah's womb was closed to childbirth although she being the second wife of Elkanah bare no children was taunted by his first wife Peninnah who bare many children from her wound. In distraught she was sorrowful and rose to go an prayer to God to grant her request to concieve a child.
HANNAH'S PRAYER:
Hannah showed prayers of faith and endured in praying moving her lips without words. The priest thinking she was drunk even asked her to leave wine alone. However, she told him she was a sorrowful spirit in pain for having grief of being a barren woman. Praying with deep countenance that God would grant her petition and give her a child.
HANNAH'S PROMISE:
Hannah's prayers were answered and she concieved a son and called him Samuel. Which with her promise she gave back to God. The very name Samuel means "Because I have asked him of the Lord."
How wonderful prayers are answered...
Prayers are answered because of great obedience and wonderful faith. God grants prayers as doing so with the splendid example of Hannah's prayer. With many trials we face if we only will bear in endurance of true faith and things that are good which our prayers should contain. God is pleased to answer your own prayers. Promises we should keep to God as well in promises of love, sharing, caring and following commandments of the laws of his statutes. How so much liberal God will help us with the Enrichments of trials, prayers and a promise.
Hannah became a mother from a barren womb that could not bear a child until she found the enrichment in trusting in God. God grants enrichments today to you...find your way to him with Enrichments from the Word opening up to you....A new beauty of life.
