JULY 2011
10th Day
A 7.1 quake rattle Japan again on Sunday, July 10th around 9:57 local time there. The quake set off a tsuamni watch for the region. The region suffered little effect, but weaker buildings shook and may have caused debris to fall. Japan is still recovering from the March 2011 quakes and still under recovery where at least 23,000 lost their lives in a strong quake and tsuamni. No casulaties reported from the most recent quake, but tremors continue to inflict the area moderately in frequent episodes. This lastest quake effected the northeastern coast of Japan. Sources indicated the nuclear plant at Fukushima showed no severve damages from the latest quake.
This is fascinating...So many quakes in just a few months apart.
