An article published in the Journal of Infectious Diseases last week showed that women of color, especially Black women, in the Southern U.S., had significantly worse health outcomes from HIV than other populations living with HIV in the U.S. The study found that Black women in the South were less likely to begin HIV treatment and pointed to the fact that Black women and men continue to have the highest rates of morbidity and mortality from HIV of any population in the U.S. Unemployment of Black Americans have generated a boredom and misery index increase causing them to take it out on each other rather then the American system. With nothing to do but look s*xy, talk on cell phones and having s*x is not the way of handling unemployment. The mega churches in the south US is not able to handle this epidemic...it takes a love for self and sense to not give up....A divine leader is in your midst today in the person of little Abraham.

Good point, Saint......low life or down low brothers or brother with multiple partners are in many cases the source carriers. The way to stop them is if the sistas close their legs and bring up the issue of HIV/AIDS. If the sistas knows that she does not have aids and she gets HIV/AIDS from an identifiable partner....he can be stopped and prosecuted. We must instill in our brothers and sisters confidence to hold persons accountable for their actions if someone is to maliciously alter their health status.

@Irma....it is God's will that Black Americans prepare themselves to govern themselves in land of their own. Propagating HIV/AIDS does not make for a promising future for the carriers. My point is to stop the high rate that HIV/AIDS is spreading among our people and in particular in the southern states of America, it seems like our people have nothing better to do but have s*x. Since we are not speaking of rape, then the black women have a choice to close her legs and ask the brother what is his HIV/AIDS condition or bring out some c*ndoms or something other then just looking s*xy and opening her legs.

Hi Jamal: Your blog is based on a survey of Southern Black Women, but I feel that HIV/AIDS is not just affecting localized to women of the south, but since the survey was conducted toward southern women-- that's the understanding I got from your the blog --has an substantial evidence of proof. I have to say that the spread of HIV/AIDS is not just keyed to only Black women of the south since we all are aware how wide-spread this STD. Since I'm making a connection that you are merely spiking up a warning as to the health of Black Southern Women I feel that's commendable. In retro- I'm also submitting a nudge to the brothers too, anything s*xual like HIV/AIDS or whatever the STD is will take two parties. So women and or; men may need use "their legs" much less in s*xual promiscity ..and protection or abstaining more often... "Wouldn't that make it.. all three legs down?"

Hello to All,
As serious as the AIDS is in the Black communities throughout White America it is not our main concern.
Black America's main concern is to become a sovereign people on a reasonable and fertile portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders.
Once our sovereignty is intact then we can turn our attention to the AIDS problem. We can also turn our attention to our educational problems. In fact, we would easily be able to solve all of these minor problems that you Negroes whine and complain about but cannot do anything about them.
I gave you all the first steppingstone. That all prophets are racially different and therefore Black America's salvation does not lie in the hands of the Arabian people or the European Christian gentiles.
Black Americans cannot unite around the AIDS issue. Black Americans cannot unite around educational issue. Black Americans cannot unite under the banner of Islam or Christianity.
We must have our own cause and religion to unite around making us one people. Our cause is to be sovereignty and our religion is LIFE
Now, once you all have exhausted going back and forth about this AIDS issue what can you do about it? You can do nothing about it. Sisters closing their legs will not resolve the AIDS issue.
You know that I'm giving you rational insight. What can you all don't about the AIDS issue? You can do nothing!
The subject of this time era is our sovereignty.

TAking a top-down approach to this crisis, there are 2 things we can do about this;
1...............we can do nothing
2...............we can do something
Once we decide on #2 then we look at our options as a nation of people....again there are 2
1.......We can ponder about the issues of which we have no control
2.......We can deal with the issues of which we have direct control
It makes sense to me to deal with #2 which is the purpose for the blog

Irma...you were doing good for a while then you drift into that "warped" since of reasoning of yours. In dealing with the things that we have control over black women must learn when to "close them legs". We have no control over the hospitals sense WE DO NOT OWN OR CONTROL THE HOSPITALS. Until we have our own hospitals, it is best to stay out of the white man's hospitals. Messenger Elijah Muhammad taught that there are 2 places to try to avoid it possible, the white man's jails and his hospitals. If you have to go to the white man's hospitals, then you are at HIS MERCY.

Jamal, I was going to do a re: to your blog in thehopes that putting in that blog theme would be something you would look at as not an attack on you, but doing what my only purpose is to do on the site...show the other side...
Jamal when I read you theme of this blog over and over, the more I began to see an example of how an attorney always advise as does the legal system to be very care ful of what you say and even more careful of what you put into writting...
Jamal people who say they can cure what ailes you by using their advice as a sure CURE are called quacks, get arrested for fraud and it gets even worst if money is involved...I offer as an example Michelle Bachmann and her husband...THEY HAVE FAME, POWER, MONEY AND THE BEST LAWYERS I BELIEVE MONEY CAN BUY...BUT IT IS STILL FRAUD IF YOU PROMISES THINGS LIKE THEY / YOU HAVE DONE IN THIS POST....

@Jake...in Buddhism we define buddha nature is each individual have the unlimited powers to do right / wrong...to survive, to be happy...which means "I" don't have to pray and wait for someone, preson or thing to do this for me or give me permission to do so...
I don't beleive that being able to love, hate, think be happy, ect. depends on what family we are / are not born. example,
Jake were you born a 'blank slate' or are you a part of all of your experiences in life? Me it is not just because of my buddhist practice that I know what makes me happy or not and this is
why I am no longer a practicing Catholic...this is a choice I choice to make because if teh proper education over the lies an manipulations of slavery is the same as chatel slavery. (smile)
And, even more important for me is I don't go out of my way to changes things to fit my conclusioins...example...I said until I am proven wrong, I will believe aides came out of a lab. and since it seems one must be spoon fed info...I will speak for only me, MY MOTHER , GRAND MOTHER, AUNTS, SISTERS, MY TWO DAUGHTERS AS IN FEMALE/ MOTHER FIGURES WILL NOT EVER DO ME ANY HARM THEREFORE WHEN THEY ARE WRONG THEY ARE RIGHT... Jamal, I wish it was as simple as how you put it "just keep your legs closed...what do you do when your wife don't want s*x with you...smile and tell her you are so happy and how much you love her? HOw does a husband not know his wife don't have aides or the reverse???? do they go regular to get tested????
I remember a man said once, the only person on the plane he was on that did not have a gun was him, because he knew he did not have one. Me, I don't sweat the samll stuff. I will not follow my mate ever place he goes and he sure as hell had better not try to follow me so I don't know what he is doing 24-7 and I sure don't want toknow what he is or is not doing 24-7. I just like to be happy. If I get aides, I get it ad will learn to deal with. Oh , all people who get aides don't die from it or even get sick...yes science studay them also.
In fact not long ago Essence magazine did a magazine full of aides survivers. but, who is interested in hope and someting positive any way.(smile)

@Jake, science seem to be beginning to believe it is multipal s*x partners that is th ecause of cervical cancer. As you are not a male, you will not need to go each year to have a pap taken...so you will not be filling out forms asking you how many different s*x partners you have had. questions like this are often asked to do statistical scientific study...not to mess with ones privacy...some illness run in your family. Another thing of questions men will not be asked each year if your family has breast cancer on your mom or you dad's side of the family...science believe one is more prone to brest cancer if it comes from your mom's side not your father's side.

As I have mentioned once on this site, I learned about this while doing a research term paper on over populations. Each and every time there is too much people packed in togather someting comes in to thin it out...not war, because wars can cut down over population fast enough.It is like some form of mutation occurs.It is crazy but if one looks at it our weather patterns have mutated . example, tarnadoes, earth quake until now did not happen in N.C. People in Ca. are going skiing in June never heard of before this year and lots of things like that.(smile)

@Jamal, are people lying when they say that Black people out there all alone in Africa living and associations with monkeys is where this came from. Is not Africa the land of the Black man or do I have this allwrong and if so could you please tell me where this all came from or why it went from teh gay males (as in teh first person known tohave this was a white airplane stewaart or are these facts wrong also that comes from those with these facts as recorded offically as facts.
My greatest problems after hearing about aides and thee way one got it was...how in the world are newborns born with this...now as being th eprson I am, I have always said on this tie that aides came out of someone's lab...I do this because a cold has a history, cancer has a history, ect. but aides has no history and I have never know any desease to just appear out of thin air...oh nad when they began to say it came from monkeys...at that time I had as a student teacher at UCD and African female and she posed this question...
She said that aides was in towns and cities not out where the actualjungles are...but then Jamal, we do believe that with all of those dangers and those thick jungles that white people charged into these places back then on horse back that they will not go today in a safe closed in car...makes no sense to me because those bugs are killers in the real sense and more dangerous than the lions are. (smile)
Which speaking only for myself I willjust stick with this came out of somebody's lab until it gets a history. but that's just me. loooooooooooooooooool...

Per usual there is no such thing as rape...but my personal favorite is he, she did not look like they had any thing dangerous...but I am so grateful that this has been taken off gays and hopefully the beliefs this is GOD'S will. (smile)
Oh and one more thing I have always noticed, the straight males have not been accused of being a major carrier and spreader of this...huh?!? (smile)

Mr. Abraham, Aids is a man-made disease injected in vaccinations. Sad you are unaware of this and would accuse black women of blatant promiscuity. Aids began with homos*xual white men, and I don't think black women are sleeping with them in drones to cause an increase in the aids cases in our communities. Also, people who are of mixed ancestry are often categorized as BLACK in negative statistics. So general polls and statistics cannot be trusted. You say the white man is a liar, but you quote and attack black women based on his statistics. Please stop the attack against your own people.
