Officials say in their report the suspect allegedly fires his gun indiscriminately into a crowd then suspect drops the gun he is alleged to have shot off and runs away while Police See 3 people one of whom runs off with the gun. So the police shoot the man who allegedly dropped the gun and later recover suspect's gun from informants.
So in summary the police shoot him in the back and kill him even though they witnessed someone else run away with the gun??? WTF???
This story doesn't even add up, from the way it reads on Yahoo news you have to believe that one of 3 mysterious strangers run off with the gun before the man is shot...however a police informant finds the suspect's gun in someone's home soon after the shooting???
That is just totally ridiculous...

I'm new to this site but must admit this video was difficult to watch. If this would have happened in Detroit or Chicago there would be a race riot about now. We will have to see how the blacks in San Francisco handles the continued police brutality of white officers.

God have mercy! My heartfelt prayers go to the deceased family. What a price to pay (with your life) over a two dollar bus fare. Not worth it at all. Please post any updates to this story.

He was also on probation or parole, and wanted for killing a pregnant woman in another state. No excuse for killing a young man but, If you are wanted in another state for murder. When you get on the bus pay your fair, and dont call any attention to yourself. Live your life responsibly and you wont bring the boys in blue all in your bubble.
