THE ED SHOW, July 26, 2011--Wisconsin just passed a law requiring photo ID to register to vote while at the same time is closing DMV offices where folks can obtain a photo ID. Most of the closings are in minority neighborhoods, targeting Democratic voters.

Wisconsin State Senator Lena Taylor and NAACP President Ben Jealous talk about restrictive Voter ID laws.

Nothing the GOP does surprises me. I have been talking with some friends in that area to see what could be done to get people licensed before voting time. I know that will need to be some kind of monitorring at the polls, I can just feel it. You would think we were in some foreign country .

Right Dorothy--it's scary because when these folks have the power to force their agenda they do a lot of damage.

Some in Congress asked the DOJ to investigate to see if it violates any election laws.

Rich, "I" am still going to stick with experience is the best teacher...if we knew this was coming and all due to them getting rid of A.C.O.R.N, because if we had taken tiime to learn that A.C.O.R.N cam into existance to put an end to what we see right now going on yet all over again...WOULD WE HAVE DONE SOMETHING ABOUT IT?????...
