THIS COACH HAS A CHARGE

A coach of a West Middle School in Madison County will be charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia on school property following an tip. Officials of the school and the school resource officer followed up a lead that prompted some follow up after smelling a scent of the narcartoic in the coach's office. Police arrived with a canine cop that sniffed and found evidence of the marijuana in the coach's vehicle and also in the coach's office. The coach was charged and also suspended without pay pending an on going investigation.

What's up coach..you have a charge of smoking!

FROM FEDERAL PRISON

Rapper Clifford Harris also known as T.I. left federal prison on August 31, 2011 after serving a federal prison charge of 10 months. The rapper was released one month early and is to serve the remaining month at a halfway house for the remaining of his sentence. Harris was arrested and charge with violation of probation on a 2007 weapons conviction when he and his wife were pulled over by a traffic cop in Los Angeles in October 2010. The famed rapper was never charged with shortage of fans as hundreds of them lined up at the prison during his release. The halfway house he'll be serving his last month is undisclosed until later. T.I. release was recorded and will be scheduled to air on VH1 in December.

The Peppertree apartments in the Whitehaven section of Memphis caught fire sent 6 people to the hospital but not before two victims were saved from the apartment building by two police officers. The officed charged in in the structure and rescued them. The spokeman from the fire department said that the brave officers took action risking themselves to save others and were also commended by the fire department. Two firemen were injured but not seriously during the fire and four others occupants. One victim suffered second and third degree burns to the legs and feet. The fire chared the building with an unestimated cost of damages. Policeman were charged with being the heroes!

An eldery man is back in custody the second time has been charged with incest and child rape. According to the original affidavit the man was riding four wheelers when he was alleged and accused of forcing a s*x act on a younger family member. The man's wife posted bond of $300,000 last week, but changed her mind after hearing the revelation of his charge. The neighbor of the charged man said she would definately be watching her daughter should the man return home after any posting of his bail. Until the charged elder will be behind bars and could if convicted face up to 40 years.

A Shelby County deputy jailer has been charged with property theft from a local Wal-Mart store where he was also employed as a sales associate. He and his partner a woman were both arrested for theft from the store ranging in items priced $1,000 to $10,000. He has been relieved as a deputy until further investigation.

"His charge of theft may have him serving time."
"That'll be a charge!"

So charge it is!
