Today's Women Empowerment
Effective communication is a skill that is vital to success. There is an increasing need for the ability to communicate with written and spoken words. Additionally, women are natural communicators. Even at a young age, females excel at verbal fluency quickly finding the right word, phrase or sentence. Thus a woman who is managing other people must know how to communicate with each person individually in a manner that each person can understand. When women embrace this knowledge and trust their natural language talent in communication, they will find their confidence build.
Helen Fisher author of The First s*x states, "Women are, on average, more interested in cooperation, harmony, and connections – a network of support." She further writes, "Women characteristically believe everyone can succeed in business; they take a win-win attitude in the office world."
Women are also skilled at multi-tasking. They are pros at juggling people, reports, deadlines and all the necessary resources which are critical to the success of the team or project. Even back in ancestral times, history shows a woman had to take care of babies under highly dangerous conditions demonstrating the need for multitasking even then. Mothers had to do countless daily chores while they took care of the family, stoked the fire, cooked the food and talked to friends.

I like this blog because I believe in what has been stated. I was talking to my husband about something similar regarding needing more women leaders in the Global World to lead these countries that are currently fighting with one another. I stated that women would want the same thing for one another and that being their children and families taking care of rather than a showmenship of Ego and Power like what we see today. I realize that there are women in power who get it twisted in their attempts to mimick and behave like men; women that try to act like men over do it and take it to EXTREMES trying to prove to men that they are tough.
The fact of the matter is that women and men have different strengths with our major strength being Communication skills. Moreover, if we would use these communication skills, we would ensure that the needs of our children are taken into consideration and that would mean we would talk it out with other women leaders heading countries in order to avoid war and conflict. I said it then and I will say it now, "What the World needs more of is Women Presidents, Prime Ministers, & Queens!"
