We know that God gave the Arabian people Islam and their prophet Mohammed.
We know that God gave the Jewish people Judaism and their first prophet Abraham.

Truly, those who disbelieve in the Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations) of Allâah, for them there is a severe torment; and Allâah is All-Mighty, All-Able of Retribution.
5. Truly, nothing is hidden from Allâah, in the Earth or in the Heaven.
6. He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He wills. Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
7. It is He Who has sent down to you Mohamed, AlQur’âan. In it are Verses that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of AlQur'aan[and those are the Verses of Al-Ahkâm (commandments), Al-Fara’id (obligatory duties) and Al-Hudud (legal laws for the punishment of thieves, adulterers)]; and others clear through inspiration. So as for those in whose hearts there is a deviation (from the truth) they follow that which is not entirely clear thereof, seeking Al-Fitnah (polytheism and trials), and seeking for its hidden meanings, but none knows its hidden meanings save Allâah. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in it; the whole of it clear Verses are from our Lord." And none receive admonition except men of understanding.
93. All was lawful to the Children of Israel, except what Israel made unlawful for himself before the Taurât (Torah) was revealed. Say Mohamed, "Bring here the Taurât (Torah) and recite it, if you are truthful."
94. Then after that, whosoever shall invent a lie against Allâah, ... such shall indeed be the Zâlimûn (disbelievers).
