Central Oklahoma was swept into to the shakes of a 5.6 earthquake on Sunday, November 6, 2011. Residents in cities effected by the sweeping quakes saw buildings toppled bricks and stones to the ground. Since the quake covered a large areas along the fault line many towns were feeling the sweeping effect. Some felt tremmers as far as Chicago. Damaged homes, churches and even highways were the object of the sweeps of quakes. Mostly everyone dealt some kind of sufferage. Reports said that people who felt the quakes thought it would never end. This was one of Oklahoma's largest reported quake in the state according to news sources. There were no known deaths or serious injuries reported at the time of this report. In addition, siesmologists said that the fault line has been experiencing more active activity in smaller degrees during the past few months.
