Yes I Have read the book, & It good book, But as you know Steve Harvey is a comedian and you have to take what he's say with grain of salt. There are some funny spots & some of his insight is to the point. What I have learn in dating men in the most part JUST SHOW UP! It not that hard I will buy a new dress, then he will say That Nice! I will get my hair done and he will say "Did you lose wieght? Are you kidding me!! It boobs.butts, & Legs for some guy, There are few guys you date who are a gentleman Holds the door, take your chair.& even stand up when you walk in the room Then just when you think you have found the right guy HE'S GAY!!! Come on Give me a break.. Where are the men?

I viewed clips of the "Think Like A Man" movie on Youtube, and the movie's subliminal message is that the entire topic is worthy of laughter and that the black woman is the butt of some kind of joke (no pun intended). No disrespect to Steve harvey, but let's be real...I mean do we REALLY have to have a comedian release a movie to address the subject of black male-female relationships when the statistics are as grim as they are?

Hey Robert. This is Rori's WIFE writing this response. My husband is a king among men. He's kind, thoughtful, supportive, handsome, funny, and the best I could have ever hoped for. Please do not post hateful remarks, especially when you don't know the person who is writing. These short posts do not share our character, just simply short and incomplete opinions on a particular subject. Personal attacks don't promote communication or increase understanding. Sharing opinions CAN educate, but shoving them down someone's throat never will.

A man, huh? A man teaches, not ridicules. A MAN respects, not disrespects. A MAN takes responsibility for what he says and what he does. Bullying is NOT an answer to anything. And that's what you are doing. When someone makes a mistake, they own it. Kenya apologized, but yet that wasn't good enough for you. You decided to mis-treat her and disrespect her. My wife said it best, to be a king among men, you step up to your responsibilities to educate and be respectful. My wife taught me a valuable lesson today, when you impune someone's character they have tendency to fight back. But she taught me to remain calm, not let words inflame my anger. This blog was meant for fun; you turned it into a diatribe of disdain. Very, very disrespectful!

Mr. Rori Nelson I have NEVER disrespected any female------ if i did, unintentionally; i ask the forgiveness of Allaah................ I have read on BIA some writings by 'women' that are stereotypically foulMouthed, 3AM ghetto corner cartoonish...... and to those 'women' or 'men'------------------ BIA purpose is to SMASH stereotypes, i am following the lesson plan................ my writing/commenting style is based on their, she/he/it writing; i do use adjectives to describe those writings and comprehend their meanings........... any highSchool Literature Teacher of 1st YEAR Literature Professor would ask any student to do the same to the writing they require of the student-----I WAS AN 'A' student in Literature and I had a published writing in my University Professors 5th Book............... sorry, if you or others take analysis of your writings PERSONALLY, but we are on the wwweb....... Our President Baraka Hussein Obama has asked Americanas, lets change, lets grow! and do tell your wife Hello, and ask your wife to be taught and entertained, I LIKE READING............................ its educating and relaxing.................

Kenya Stevenson is a friend. I've known her about 15 years. I've known her family longer than that. I have DJ'ed several functions for the Stevenson family and off & on I have done DJ work for the family. She is NOT related to me or my wife or my sister in any way. She is just a friend, that's all. I hope that clarifies things.
