,,the most dangerous person to a young black man is a black man what are we doing about that ? it takes a white man to kill black teen in order for blacks to take notice !! I understand the march for justice, but there needs to be a march for since-less killing of blacks in americkkk only when the norm is broken then the media turns on the spotlight to get the best ratings /story ,,,truth of the matter is black on black crime has been going on for years and no one is spotlighting it .,,where is the black collation for violence against each other where is Jessie , sharpton , Roland and all our so called black leaders then ! we already know what the white people gonna say '' let them nig@#A"s kill each other'' . we need to march everyday block by block and take back the streets for the future of the next generations of black kids ! we need to go to the hop hop artist and make them pay and support the cause for black unity then we need to make our black leaders hold them accountable to making progress ,,,,there is a call for justice all over the united states because somewhere there is a a dead black man ! justice or just us ! I see the brothers at Howard doing a psa for Trayvon Martin and thats good but what about a psa saying to a black gang member that they too can be a doctor ,lawyer ,even a cop what about preventive measures to help stop the killings before they start there should be psa like that running on bet ,mtv and all other stations that blacks support we need to make our money count in more ways then one ,,,im DAVID W JOHNSON THE BLOG KING AND I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE !

Did you ever stop to think that since President Obama was elected that statistics might show there has been fewer black on black crimes. This type of situation would cause insanity in the mind of the average prejudice individual. Only the people that study statistics would have access to what's really going on.(smile)

I hear what you saying David, but with all due respect, marching everyday block by block ain't gonna mean a damn thing if we are not going to make demands (and I mean SERIOUS demands) on this government!
Blacks need proper health care the hospitals in the black communities are in poor shape while millions of dollars are being poured into hospitals in White neighborhoods. I read in the USA Today where health care spent 90 million dollars on a hospital in the the White community, but NO dollars on a hospital in the Black community.
Our schools don't have proper materials or resouces to educate our children. WE WANT JUSTICE FOR BLACKS IN AMERICA!

Good point David...we got some folk here in New Orleans who stared a program called CeaseFire. It's a New Orleans version of a program originally based in Chicago that employs "violence interrupters" to stop shootings and murders before they happen.

We need to start with people of like minds. If people of like minds get together and rebuild the village, and take control of our children's education, we will move mountains. I know the money issue will come up, well, there is enough money among us to do a lot for ourselves. Look at the other groups of people who come over here with nothing, stick together and succeed.

It seems that the new perspective turned in to the same ole same ole...so I will leave you to your topic of the year and move on. I don't have time to keep repeating myself. There is too much to do and say. Name calling has returned, so go back to the blog I wrote last year about that if you forgot.
I am still looking for new innovative ideas on fixing the mess and names of those who are willing to take the plunge. This I will repeat: WE NEET TO TAKE OUR KIDS BACK, THEACH THEM OURSELVES, AND REBUILD OUR OWN COMMUNITIES. STOP WAITING FOR SUPERMAN. AND WE DON'T NEED BORDERS AS DEFINED BY A COUNTRY.

I AGREE WITH YOU Thomasena we do need to educate our own kids my wife and I was talking about that the other day how TEACHING THE KIDS AT HOME WORKS WELL FOR US BUT there are parents that cant take the work load from there jobs to teaching it a heavy load .

How about opening a school and I know you are going to speak about money. It doesn't take a lot of money, but it does take committment. Good teachers don't need books. Have parents who want the best for their cildren will invest in the education of their kids. It is what happened in my town when the town was formed. It can happen.
