First things first. I do not believe chicken is really good for us, so I'd prefer if a healthier alternative was advertised. Yet why should people be whining because she made a chicken commercial? She has to apologize for WHAT? I could see if she was sitting at the table, greasy-drumstick in hand, and a head-scarf, chowing down like a savage. She wasn't even eating the damn bird! Besides, to my first point, she was even promoting a healthier chicken alternative!
What the HELL or WHO the hell should have been doing the commercial? Vanilla Ice? Then we'd be COMPLAINING how we're being "left out", considering how much CHICKEN WE EAT. Or would we had preferred she sing about spare-ribs or chittlins' ? Hey, how about poisonous beer or whiskey! THAT'S it! After all, we don't imbibe, so those wouldn't have been stereotypical commercials.
IF black people like chicken, and you KNOW WE DO, what's the BIG DEAL? In fact, I KNOW that NONE of you think there is ANYONE on the planet who could cook fried chicken BETTER THAN BLACK FOLKS!
