Now another gentleman from LA has the identical picture- Kroshet Chaney in the Photo tab on the top of the BIA page.
However his initial picture had a "Superfly" white hat and the face was entirely different.
Similiar to the your blog profile picture showing a man with a darker complexion with shades covering his face. While you posted picture of yourself several times with a lighter complexion???
