TRUE LIFE SITUATIONS: "WHAT'S MOOD GOT TO DO WITH IT?" (516 hits)

I have for the most of my adult tried to keep my mood swings in control and actually to reflect calmness, kindness and at bay with good characteristics. In other words, I've wanted to keep in a good mood all of the time. I've found others who aren't so sure of their moods from one day to the next. Just shortly, I talked with a very somewhat moody person and today this person was very cheerful and giddy. Yesterday, they showed composure from stern and curious. Frankly, it doesn't bother me much that mood swings are quite common and quite human. I'm no expert in why people have altering moods, but I'm sure most time there is a cause of its effect it its frequently changing. Mainstay, I focus on how I'm observing the moods and how I should react to their changeable personality. This is particulary true with me when I'm the one with whom they're having a mood altercation. It's imporant I stay well focused and well poised. Too bad I think it's probably something we have to deal with on an indivisual basis. It's true life situations that both men and women have mood swings-- so no one can really escape it all of the time. Moods can effect others, so I can only suggest trying staying in good mood as much as possible. We all can stand to have more good days than one filled with changing moods every hour, or from day to day. I think I wrote this in a very good mood.

Hi Bride, I'm no expert in why people have altering moods either, but research shows that most mood swings stem from a high fructose corn syrup addiction. You can limit your HFCS addiction by eating more raw fruit: i.e. banana, watermelon, orange, peach, mango, etc.

Hope this helps!
