It's a sadly familiar pattern. Somebody snaps and kills a bunch of people, and fingers immediately start pointing at videogames. I agree that videogames are still the top choice when it comes to any type of tragedy...there was this one incident in Baton Rouge where these guys shot at two police officers...both officers survived but after their arrest, one of the shooters shared that he learned the art of shooting police officers from playing the Grand Theft Auto video game. Also police in Canada are still investigating "Dawson College Massacre", a video game based on the 2006 shooting at Dawson College that left one student dead and 19 injured. One thing we know for sure, is that the majority of young males have played a violent videogame at some point in their lifetime. That becomes a tricky thing when these mass homicides occur and the shooter is a young male. The odds are he's played violent videogames.
