
No matter what gym you belong to, you’ve seen the following 3 exercise machines and maybe even used them from time to time. In fact, many folks spend hours and hours each week unknowingly wasting valuable workout time on them in an effort to “spot tone” and “spot reduce” troubled areas, namely the lower body and abs.
