Tropical storm, or hurricane? Both have attributed Issac's fierce winds and rains. Issac has slammed into Haiti where he took a vengence type lash with at least 24 people perishing according to one of the latest news reports. Now, as Issac is only a few hours away as of August 28, 2012 many coastal cities and towns are evacuating or preparing for Issac's arrival. New Orleans citizens are cautious in positioning themselves for a brace as the 7th year anniversary of Katrina is approaching. Tampa, Florida is also bracing cautiously for Issac's visit as the GOP Republican Convention has scheduled a kickoff with reservations to cancel if the storm will make a crucial spread with its hefty cargo of winds and waters. Weather experts suspects that Issac's path will be watched cautiously as they hold to a brace that its coming may be unavoidable unless Issac decides to change it's course.
