We promote and sponsor Latin Music Dance Events and Instructors that appeal to the metro dance community which include DC, Maryland and Virginia. We have the longest running salsa social in the metro area that caters to the DC/MD/VA Salsa Community with Parties featuring 3 DJs each event spinning the best Salsa, Bachata, & Latin Mixes along with Workshops taught by the Best Area Instructors to help improve Students Social Dancing to be able to dance with anyone based on Standard Internationally recognized techniques, timing, and fundamentals taught around the world.
If you love to dance Salsa and Bachata and to meet friendly people, this meetup is for you. We have dance classes for beginners, advanced dancers, and every level in between. Most importantly, our events promote a friendly environment designed to encourage all levels of dancers mix freely and dance with each other. We promote Dancing On Beat, Great Music, and FUN!
Currently, we do our Salsa Socials the DC Dance Collective, 4908 Wisconsin Ave. NW DC every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the Month with 3 DJs on 2 large dance floors with professional instructors teaching salsa, Mambo, Bachata and ladies styling. As a member you will receive a discount to all our functions. We specialize in making new dancers feel comfortable at our social while maintaining an environment that caters to veteran/advanced dancers.
