This track was featured as the highlighted R&B/Hip-Hop portion of my remix track at my parents Labor Day cookout today. This is how it works..... I spent a considerable amount of time creating a trio track megamix of this hit track originally produced by Mtume- "Juicy Fruit".
Okay here it is:
1. Started initially with Doctor Dru & Adana Twins- "Juicy Fruit" (Exploited Records), run the groove movements until 3:30 minutes into the track.
2. Then I blended the initial track with the featured track -The Notorious B.I.G- "Juicy" (Just Muz Remix) until the end of the track.
3. Then blended the Just Muz Remix with Doctor Dru & Adana Twins- "Juicy Fruit" (Sloth Boogie/Re-Biggie) starting at the one minute mark of the track and continued until the break at 3:36minutes and reverse the track (Just Muz Remix) in an infrequent echo chamber effect. Then finally reverse the track back at 3:36 minutes and concluded with the (Sloth Boogie/Re-Biggie) at the final break at the 5:40 minute point.
Then I proceeded to Mix Loleatta Holloway- "Love Sensation Megamix" which ran for a thirteen minute set.
The session was sweet and the "Fam" gave me my proper 'props'.
I dedicated it to my parents as a special blend remix session in their behalf!
