I submit this question to BIA, for the following reason(s): 1. Why did it take 40 plus years for Black/African Americans to register in” masses ”and vote since the civil rights movement of the 60’s? 2. Were there not other candidates (Democrats) who platform(s) for change are a carry over by the Obama Administration? 3. What are your reasons for voting for President Obama?

Why be concerned about the Democratic Party, voting or anything else about White America's system of government when Black Americans are going to become a sovereign people in my lifetime?
The ignorant Children of Israel were just as much concerned about Pharaoh's system of government. Black Americans have the example of the Children of Israel to compare with to see how ignorant and stupid we are today
I could see that you all do not believe in God, your sovereignty and your selves that all that is in your minds is to hang onto White America. We Black Americans are the most ignorant people in this country today.

You posted that you had three questions for me and to please answer them. Then your next paragraph was congratulating Saint Jake on his future child.
Apparently, you are mentally overloaded that you did not mention the three questions you have for me to answer, am I right.
My concern is still the same. Why are you all not focusing and desiring to become a sovereign people. Sovereignty is our only permanent solution and not voting or White America's system of government.

A white man asked his black friend, 'Are you voting for Barack Obama just because he's black?'
The black man responded by saying, 'Why not? Hell, in this country men are pulled over everyday just cause They're black; passed over for Promotions just cause they're black; Considered to be criminals just Cause they're black; and thousands of you Won't be voting for him just because he's Black!
However, you do not Seem to have a problem with that! This country Was built with the sweat And whip off the black slaves' back, and now a Descendant of those same Slaves has a chance to lead the same country, Where we weren't even Considered to be people, where we weren't allowed To be educated, drink from the same water fountains, eat in the same Restaurants, or even Vote.
So yes! I'm going to vote for him! But it's Not just because he's Black, but because he is hope, he is change, and he Now allows me to Understand when my grandson says that he wants to be President when he Grows up, it is not a fairy tale but a short term goal.
He now sees, Understands and knows that he can achieve, withstand and do

One of the reasons it took them so long is they think they have arrived. They go to school with them, the fear of neck stretching is limited, they eat in the restaurants of choice, if the money is right they can live next door to them, and they can sit downstairs in the movie theaters now. Oh, I forgot, the whole theater is downstairs.
Oh, and who reads these days? If it isn't on BET, they don't know what a platform is much less to whome it belongs.

Hello Siebra,
You have some very truthful answers that I am impressed by because you're and since trumps the question of voting for Obama just because he is Black.
Then, you go on to express hope in White America for Black Americans that your grandson can grow up to be president of the United States.
It seems to me that your life and everything about you U-Haul this psychological feeling and outlook that White America is so great and sets the standard for your greatness in their world. How you are thinking and feeling is that the only way you can be something and be somebody is to make it in White America's world.
Siebra, I don't want to think in that way. Black America's values and what we can achieve is outside of White America. White America does not set the standards that would make us great. We set our own standards. Get out of White America's world you. Pretty soon we will have our own world and it is within this world of ours and what could we do that the world and not White America will pass judgment that truly Black Americans are great.
Elijah Muhammad had the same mind. Everything for Elijah Mohammed was more about White America and when Allah is going to destroy them rather than focusing on Black Americans. Elijah Muhammad did not realize that he had but one choice out of two choices. Either he wants badly for White Americans or instead he wants well for Black Americans. In other words, he cannot want good for Black Americans and at the same time want bad for White Americans.
As a prophet like Moses I have the same choices. However, since Moses and I are genuine prophets we chose well for our people rather than bad for the culprit. Moses did not you is bad for Pharaoh and neither do I choose badly for White Americans. Do you get the picture of what I'm saying?
My Christian people must get out of the house White America and the Bible. My Muslim people must get out of the house of Arabia and the Quran. Black Americans in my lifetime will have our own house to live in and we already have our own prophet and religion.
I know that what I am saying is what we need and you all know it as well even though you don't believe it now because it may seem impossible to you that it could happen. The children of Israel thought the same when they were in their bondage and slavery in Egypt as well.
Both Christians and Muslims say they believe, but you all really don't believe in God and how God does things.

But make no mistake, if he was a jerk, I would still vote for him, just because. If am going to be screwed, I rather the person look like me! Hello to All,
Since you all are saying that you would vote for President Obama just because he is Black psychologically you are also expressing the desire to be a sovereign people and don't really see that is what you are doing.
Your mind knows that you are not a free people in a country of our own and your mind is telling you that having a Black American president is the next best thing to having your own.
So, when I say that our only permanent solution is that we must want to be a sovereign people I am not saying anything wrong. I am divinely psychologically obsessing your inner feelings that you all don't see for yourselves.
When I say sovereign and free I am not just talking about having a country of our own only. I am also talking about relinquishing the religions of other people that you tow around with you that is useless weight holding us down. We must also want our own prophet and religion to receive maximum benefits and blessings from God and it can only be done by one of our own only.
Our first genuine prophet is Prophet Harry and our religion given to us by God through our prophet is named LIFE.
Having God, our own prophet, our own religion and our own country we aren't only a sovereign free people standing upright and ready to take on the natural challenges that God earth presents to us to advance and improve our lives. When our cup overflows then we can share our blessings with others who are less fortunate than we are.
But, right now we Black Americans are 41 million knuckleheads scattered throughout the United States.
Am I right or am I wrong?

Hello James,
You are absolutely right. It is a paradox. Our direction and thinking seems contrary to common sense and yet is perhaps true that we want to be a sovereign people and at the same time we think it is impossible. At the same time we claim to be believers in God and we see that God did the same thing for the Children of Israel, yet we think it is impossible for God do the same thing for us Black Americans. I have a difficult job as Black America's first genuine prophet. I have to turn Mr. Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam and Bishop TD Jakes around.
You seem to quickly understand the spirit and underlying meanings of the things that I say. It helps me because at times I feel like a fish out of water. I just can't figure out why the others don't see the simple and obvious things that I see. Moses, Mohammed and Jesus experienced the same dilemma with their people as well.
Nevertheless, Black Americans are going to become a sovereign people in my lifetime on a reasonable and fertile portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders to worship God, pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way.

Let me show you how ignorant and stupid you are Mr. Brown. You agree with Robert that President Obama is a descendent of slaves on his mother's side. That is stupid and absurd and this is why.
The African slave men were not breeding with White women that produced Black Americans who are a new race of people over a span of 300 years. It was White men that were breeding with their African slave women to produce the new race of people that are Black Americans today.
President Obama is not a descendent of slaves as we Black Americans is and this is why. Obama has no ancestry that was plantation slaves while Black Americans have ancestry that was plantation slaves. Michelle Obama is a bona fide descendent of slaves.
Consequentially, Obama can be considered indirectly a descendent of slaves while Michelle Obama is a direct descendent of plantation slaves.
About Siebra, she is not shooting from the hips. She shooting in the wrong direction and what I mean by that is this. She should be wanting a permanent and complete solution to Black America's problems rather than trying to balance it out at a tit-for-tat reasoning.

Earl, What I want is to enjoy it . It has boiled down to who will screw you the worse. however, I happen to think that the President has the best plan to help America therefore that will help me. The mistake Mitt is making is not being specific and twisting fact so that when he is finished, you are totally confused about what he just said. Plus, based on past history, I dont trust him. When has any of them done anything totally for our benefit? That includes Lincoln, Roosevelt, Kennedy, Johnson, Eisenhower, Reagen, Clinton, and now the president? Mr Romney's 47% speaks volumes.
If the country is good, we reap the benefits by default just as we have since Lincoln. We nor Native Americans have been # 1 on anybodys's agenda, not even our own.
As far as leadership and prophets, we don't need another Father Divine or Daddy Grace or Jim Jones. We need to stop looking to somebody other than ourselves to fix our problems. What do men do? They PROVIDE, PROTECT, AND PRODUCE. Men, take charge. We have to creat what we want by any means necessary.

If I am off base you need to explain how I am off base. Even by my own I don’t want to be screwed and that is why we need to want to have our own. We must want to have our avenue to God. We need to have our own prophet. We need to have our own religion and then we need to have our own country.
Our divine needs are not unprecedented. We have an example of what we need in the story of Moses and the Children of Israel because they were in this same situation and condition 4000 years ago as we are today. When they walked out of Egypt they became a nation for the first their existence, am I right.

BROTHER JAMES did you hear the story if you are black and you don’t vote, you do not deserve the color of your skin. That’s at least how Congressional Black Caucus head Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) put it during a recent speech on voting rights.
After explaining the struggles blacks had to go through to get the right to vote, Cleaver launched into a tirade against those who decide not to exercise it.
“That’s why I become so angry at any African-American who refuses to vote,” he said. “They are not worth the color if they don’t vote. They ought to give us their color back. Their African-American credentials need to be snatched if they don’t vote.”
“That’s an insult to the ancestors and the people who brought us to where we are right now,” he added. “There’d be no Black Caucus but for the black men and women who fought and died that we might have an opportunity to gather here in Washington that there would be 42 members of the Congressional Black Caucus.

I respect your opinion Robert, I do. The things that trouble me though are the things that none of the politicians talk about. It is mainly the role of the President as commander-in-chief that worries me. I don't mean this President in particular, but any President. It just doesn't seem possible to even slow down this war machine. Now the weather itself has become a weapon, and there doesn't seem to be a thing we can do about it. One definition:
Anointing
in Holy Scripture, is either, I. Material--with oil--or II. Spiritual--with the Holy Ghost. I. MATERIAL.--
1. Ordinary. Anointing the body or head with oil was a common practice with the Jews, as with other Oriental nations. De 28:40; Ru 3:3; Mic 6:15 Anointing the head with oil or ointment seems also to have been a mark of respect sometimes paid by a host to his guests. Lu 7:46 and Psal 23:5

In the New Testament Jesus of Nazareth is shown to be the Messiah, or Christ or Anointed, of the Old Testament, Joh 1:41; Ac 9:22; 17:2,3; 18:4,28 and the historical fact of his being anointed with the Holy Ghost is asserted and recorded. Joh 1:32,33; Ac 4:27; 10:38 Christ was anointed as prophet priest and king.

A genuine prophet is some ONE anointed only by God, which has nothing to do with oil. You are extremely stupid. On the contrary, I notice several affirmative responses that Obama's skin color is the reason to vote for him, one going so far as to say he would rather be screwed by his own. Myself, I would not vote for him because of the color of his skin, but why get bent out of shape just because the questions were posed? And you will notice Earl has not posed answers, just question. Questions seem harmless enough.

Hello to All,
Earl asked the question is voting for President Obama a declaration of racism? And, Gary’s last entry is that studying your past will help you to understand the present then let you know what time it is and what must be done in the future. However, in Black America’s case we need much more than to study. We need a prophet. A prophet in our midst means that God is present and that our problem is permanently being resolved.
Then Ms. Thomasena agrees with Gray and said that is why Black America’s history was stolen. So, she is saying we had history but it was stolen. It is absurd to think that some-one could steel some-one else history. Black America’s history is plantation slavery and that is in the history books today. So, what she is talking about is not real.
Then Steve comes into the picture and says that he would vote for Obams because of his skin color. Steve thinks it is about skin color. But, it is not about skin color. It is about ethnicity. People are not color. People are recognize by their ethnicity or by race. Am I making sense? Then Steve doesn’t understand why it a Black American would vote for Obama because of race. See, Steve is not Black like we are. Steve doesn’t share the same spirit as we share because he is not Black like we are. Race is a very important element in life.
Other wise God would be sending any prophet to any people. But, that is not what happens. God sends prophets to their own people and that is why all prophets matched their own race of people. Do you not see the same thing I see?
Then Mr. Sanford thinks Earl may be taking a survey.
Well, what I say to all this is that voting is a confirmation that we would rather be subjugated people in White American than to be sovereign in a country of our own.
The Children of Israel also voted and was part of Egypt’s political until Moses came, am I right. And, we all know what happen and how the story ended. Well, the same will be for Black Americans in my life-time.

I told a Deacon in church today that no people can produce a prophet for another people and therefore, even though you do not believe that I am our prophet you still can not have Jesus under no circumstances because Jesus was a Jewish man and we are not Jewish people. He got upset with me. He told me that I shouldn’t be forcing my belief on the members. I told him he needs to save his own soul.
Mr. Sanford God communicated to me and it was clear me that our only permanent solution is our sovereignty and it is going to happen.
I am a delivery prophet like Moses was. There are three kinds of prophets. The first are Delivery prophets. The second are Warning prophets. And, the third are Reforming prophets.
The highest level is Delivery prophets. Moses and I are examples of a delivery prophet.
A prophet like Mohammed and Jesus are reforming prophets. A prophet like Amos and Isaiah are warning prophets.
So, when I say that Black Americans are going to be sovereign free is real and is going to happen in my life-time.
The other BIA members haven’t reach the level of comprehension that you have in such a short period of time and it is your ability to reason logically that helps you a lot.

I know Earl, and I know he is not racist and didn't ask these questions for racist reasons. Trust me. His questions and my answers (as the questions are to BIA, the community at large):

I submit this question to BIA, for the following reason(s):
1. Why did it take 40 plus years for Black/African Americans to register in” masses ”and vote since the civil rights movement of the 60’s?
2. Were there not other candidates (Democrats) who platform(s) for change are a carry over by the Obama Administration?
3. What are your reasons for voting for President Obama?
Voting for President Obama is not a declaration of Black Racism. Black Racism is a fallacy on two counts, to my thinking. First, because I think that the word race is archaic, unscientific, and most of all, subversive. As an example, on my registration form I put "other" as race. The very asking of this question is subversive to the health of America. Second, because "black" is not an accurate adjective applied to people, let alone to the subversive word race. Just my perspective. I would never presume to tell anyone how they should label themselves.
Question one I don't know how to answer, I would need to research the historical data and also offer a psychological opinion if in fact it is true it took over 40 years.
Question two is easy. Yes there were.
Question three. First I need to say that I didn't vote in 2008. I was however happy to see a man of African descent get elected to the Presidency. Now let's take it further and elect a WOMAN of African descent. But were I to vote for Obama this election, it would be based on his record. THAT IS A BIG ADVANTAGE FOR US THIS TIME AROUND.

In 1871, black US Rep. Robert Brown Elliott (Republican from SC) observed that: “the declared purpose [of the Democratic party is] to defeat the ballot with the bullet and other coercive means. . . . The white Republican of the South is also hunted down and murdered or scourged for his opinion’s sake, and during the past two years more than six hundred loyal [Republican] men of both races have perished in my State alone.” [81] Elliott’s term “coercive means” accurately described the lynchings as well as the cross burnings, church burnings, incarceration on trumped-up charges, beatings, rape, murder, etc.
The Ku Klux Klan was a leader in this form of violent intimidation by Democrats. As African-American US Rep. James T. Rapier (Republican from al) explained in 1874, Democrats “were hunting me down as the partridge on the mount, night and day, with their Ku Klux Klan, simply because I was a Republican and refused to bow at the foot of their Baal.” [82]
Of all forms of violent intimidation, lynchings were by far the most effective. Between 1882 and 1964, 4,743 persons were lynched – 3,446 blacks and 1,297 whites. [83] Why were so many more blacks lynched than whites? According to African-American Rep. John R. Lynch (Republican from SC), “More colored than white men are thus persecuted simply because they constitute in larger numbers the opposition to the Democratic Party.” [84]
Republicans often led the effort to pass federal anti-lynching laws, [85] but Democrats successfully blocked every anti-lynching bill. For example, in 1921, Republican Rep. Leonidas Dyer (MO) introduced a federal anti-lynching bill in Congress, but Democrats in the Senate killed it. [86] The NAACP reported on December 17, 1921, that: “since the introduction of the Dyer Anti-Lynching Bill in Congress on April 11, 1921, there have been 28 persons murdered by lynchings in the United States.” [87] Although some Democrats introduced anti-lynching bills across the decades, their Democratic leaders killed every effort and Congress never did pass an anti-lynching bill. [88]"

The election of Roosevelt in 1932 marked the beginning of a change. He got 71 percent of the black vote for president in 1936 and did nearly that well in the next two elections, according to historical figures kept by the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. But even then, the number of blacks identifying themselves as Republicans was about the same as the number who thought of themselves as Democrats.
It wasn’t until Harry Truman garnered 77 percent of the black vote in 1948 that a majority of blacks reported that they thought of themselves as Democrats. Earlier that year Truman had issued an order desegregating the armed services and an executive order setting up regulations against racial bias in federal employment.
Even after that, Republican nominees continued to get a large slice of the black vote for several elections. Dwight D. Eisenhower got 39 percent in 1956, and Richard Nixon got 32 percent in his narrow loss to John F. Kennedy in 1960.
But then President Lyndon B. Johnson pushed through the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 (outlawing segregation in public places) and his eventual Republican opponent, Sen. Barry Goldwater, opposed it. Johnson got 94 percent of the black vote that year, still a record for any presidential election.
The following year Johnson signed the 1965 Voting Rights Act. No Republican presidential candidate has gotten more than 15 percent of the black vote since.

The Cool thing, for the most part about aging, maturing, in this case as a people. There is an opportunity to change your mind-set. During the early days of voting, most blacks believe that if a candidate said they would do XYZ, they would do it. Why wouldn't they.
Unfortunately, it’s the same mind-set that caused us to be enslaved; we take people for their word. As time moves on we wise up to the fact that you cannot take people for their word, and we better start to look to vote for people who at the very least look like us, doesn't guarantee they will "Do The Right Thing" but there might be a better chance of them keeping to their word. If I cannot trust someone that looks like me...then I am really screwed.

Yet the Republicans are doing everything they can to keep Gary Johnson off the ballot in as many states as possible. Further, did we see any Libertarian, Green, or any other third-party candidate in the debate? Maybe this would be too confusing for the American People?

Don’t you all wish we had our own? Of course, you all know that we can not have our own while at the same time holding onto White America’s political system, am I right. You would have to give up White America’s country and political system in order to that we have our own. Am I making sense?

What I suggested Harry was that something like 85% of Nevada is government owned, that you would have a much better chance of getting some of this land, whereas no one is going to give you the entire northeast United States, that Nevada would provide a great opportunity to develop solar energy, which you could then sell to the United States. I suggested a realistic plan, you rejected it.

Although not directly addressing Earl's questions, I hope he will not mind me submitting a history (which may or may not be accurate) of voting rights, and exercise of those rights, following the civil war. Of course there is also a history of voting rights from 1776 through the end of the civil war. I'll be researching this as well. But for now, from:

Anyway, as I stated before, we have been granted the rights to vote and affirmative action, which both are under review in the supreme court, which confirms again that we are a people without power under this set up, so we must seek a new framework in which to grow and be prosperous...a sovereign nation. The 1866 Civil Rights Act
The Civil Rights Act of 1866 granted citizenship and the same rights enjoyed by white citizens to all male persons in the United States "without distinction of race or color, or previous condition of slavery or involuntary servitude."
President Andrew Johnson's veto of the bill was overturned by a two-thirds majority in both houses of Congress, and the bill became law. The 1875 Civil Rights Act
The last biracial U.S. Congress of the 19th century passed the Civil Rights Act of 1875. It protected all Americans, regardless of race, in their access to public accommodations and facilities such as restaurants, theaters, trains and other public transportation, and protected the right to serve on juries. However, it was not enforced, and the Supreme Court declared it unconstitutional in 1883.
The fight for civil rights moved to the judicial realm. In 1896, the Supreme Court ruled in Plessy v. Ferguson that designating separate railway cars for whites and blacks was constitutional, as long as the facilities were "equal." The "separate but equal" doctrine stood until 1954, when the Supreme Court ordered school desegregation in the case of Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka.
The next federal bill designed to protect civil rights would not become law until 1957, three-quarters of a century after the 1875 Civil Rights Act.

Well your half right with respect to Dr. Clarke, as he did not use the phrase Black Americans, but if you look over all his writings and auditory he pressed for self governance and an Independent Black Nation. Maybe that’s why he was not as well received by the masses, as opposed to those who were “thought” to be authorities, because he constantly exposed there frame of reference and thinking.

Understand that no matter how knowledgeable Dr. Clarke, Dr. King or Elijah Muhammad was they were not anointed. I am anointed. If they were anointed you and I would not be having this conversation now because we would be a sovereign people, am I right.
Likewise, no matter how knowledgeable the Elders of the Children of Israel were before Moses came back to Egypt they were not anointed as Moses was.

Did Dr. Clarke ever say that Black Americans were a new race of people? Well, I pointed that out because God pointed it out to me, which sets me apart from Dr. Clarke, Dr. King and Mr. Elijah Muhammad, am I right.
The thing to do now is to identify whether I am Black America’s first genuine prophet because that will tell us that God is in our midst. It is easy to identify our prophet from the things he say that exceeds the things others said who were here before him (Prophet Harry). Am I making sense?

Your common sense can tell you now that when I reach people at the top like Mr. Farrakhan and Bishop TD Jakes they will fall because they are championing the things of other people while I am championing the things that solely belongs to Black Americans as God has gotten these things from God.
For example, Mr. Farrakhan is championing the things of the Arabian people since he openly say he believes in Islam and he is not an Arab man. If you think that you are right then my question to you is this. Since it has always been the way of God to anoint a prophet because that is what an intercessor is, who told you that Black Americans don’t need and intercessor? And, the second question is when did God change ways?
All genuine prophets were intercessors to God for their people. And, when a people recognize the prophet that God has anointed for them is only when God will respond to the people and their needs as God responded to the needs of the Hebrew people for food and water while they were in the desert, am I right.
Even long after the prophet is gone his people’s prayers to God is always to be in his name. That is giving reverence to God and the choice God made of who the prophet is.
What I am say is exactly how it went and still goes for the two people we know for sure that God came to, the Jews and Arabian people, am I right. Am I speaking facts?

Yes, for the most part or some what. Do you hear the Christians always end their prayers in the name of Jesus? Do you also hear the Muslims ask God to bless Mohammed? That is because you are praying to God acknowledging your prophet God anointed for you.
So, the hard answer to your question is a big yes that God does not hear your prayer when you have a known genuine prophet and I am that known genuine prophet, PH!
Some Black American had to become our prophet. Some Israelite had to become the prophet and that prophet was Moses who led the Israelites out of bondage and slavery in Egypt, am I making sense?
If I was not the prophet it would have had been another Black American. So, why are we so hung up on having a prophet like the Jews and Arabians have had?
If our prayers were being heard by God before my anointing then Dr. Kings prayers would have been answered. All the prayers that present day Black Christian preaches say every Sunday are wasted until I am acknowledge as your prophet.
It was through Prophet Moses that the Children of Israel got food and water in the desert, am I right. God did not instruct anyone else to stick the rock and water began to flow from it. It was God’s prophet Moses that God commanded to hit the rock, right. So, was not Moses the Children of Israel’s intercessor?

Because before I knew of a "PH" Harry Watley, GOD has been caring for and answering my prayers, and readying me for the work HE sent me to do on HIS behalf. I know quite a few people who pray and do not conclude with either Jesus or Mohammed, what say you?
I will give you the fact that it does take a prophet to bring people out of bondage, and time will reveal if in fact you are the one. However, it was the prayers of the people that GOD heard, and sent forth the messenger (prophet), or maybe you could be the Harbinger. I am talking collectively and personally. Let us use Dr. King and Elijah Muhammad. They prayed and their prayers were not answered. Dr. King prayed White and Black equally. There is no equally today, am I right. Elijah prayed for separation. He wanted five states.
By all reasoning I would think that Dr. King was more in tune with God than you are and his prayers were not answered, but you are telling me that your prayers are answered. You are just being overly optimistic especially when you say that God is readying you for work.
James the only person that God readies for work is the genuine prophet anointed for the people. You can not possibly be right because you think your way to God is through the Jewish Prophet Jesus and you are not a Jewish man. Consequentially, your thinking skewed and is not in a straight line.
The prayers that God heard from the Hebrew people were collectively and it wasn’t prayers in the traditionally way of uttering words. It was the inward collective feelings of the Hebrew people that God heard. These prayers began from the first day they were put into bondage and slavery and after 400 years of living such an uncomfortable life they produced a man who was a clean vessel that God could anoint and that man was Moses. The anointing of a prophet means that the Spirit of God is in the body of that man and not in any other man. That is why there is only one prophet at a time for that specific people. Therefore, the only one that has divine work is only me and everyone else eventually is to join me. Otherwise, we will have nothing but confusion. God is communicating constantly with only me as God was communicating constantly with Moses.
Black Americans have been praying to God collectively for over 500 years out of our suffering. So, collectively Black Americans produced me. I am a clean vessel because I had never committed myself the religion and beliefs of other people like the rest of Black Americans have.
So, no your prayers are no heard. The prayers that are heard are the prayers of the prophet and when the people accept the prophet then the people’s prayers are heard and honored by God. A people must have a prophet to go to God and that prophet must be the same race as the prophet is or the prophet must be the same race as his people.

Dr. Clarke is wrong when he said that there is not one iota of proof that the Exodus story is true. Dr. Clarke is an educated idiot.
The story of the Exodus is true and should only be told by a Jewish rabbi. A Negroe Dr. Clarke doesn’t have the records. The Jews are the ones that have the records because it was left for today’s Jewish descendents.
Why I know that the story is true is because of the Passover. During the time of the Exodus the story says that God instructed Moses to paint lamb’s blood on the doors posts that death would pass over that dwelling. As a result Pharaoh made the Hebrews leave Egypt in hast. They had no time to allow for their bread to completely bake. They left with flat bread.
But, anyway God instructed Moses that they must celebrate that event that they should never forget how God brought them up out of Egypt. And, guess what, from that day 4000 years ago the Jewish people celebrates the event the same way that it happened 4000 years ago.
Jesus celebrated the Passover. The only way that the Jewish people would know to reenact the event is because it was pass down to them, which would make the story true by connecting the present with the pass.

If the story of the Exodus is not true then Moses did not exit. If Moses did not exist than Joseph did not exist. If none of them did not exist then the Passover celebration the Jews celebrates each is a fraud.

Let us understand one thing and that is the story of the Exodus strictly belongs to the Jewish people and not to Dr. Clarke or anyone else. It was the Jewish people that lived and experience what happened and made a record for their Jewish descendents to be inspired and guided. The sole purpose of each race having a religious book that God has visited is for the descendents of that race to be inspired and guided by down through the ages. I have said that we Black Americans will write our religious book as well now that we have our own prophet, Prophet Harry. God has visited our race and anointed me. I am a prophet the same as Moses, Jesus and Mohammed!
I know the Exodus story is true just because of the Passover. Take the ritual Passover as example. It is about what happened that night and into the morning of the next day when Pharaoh ordered the Jews to leave Egypt in hast. How the Jews left Egypt in hast is the exact way the Jews down through the ages have celebrated this sacred event. It was upon God instruction through Moses to them to celebrate the Passover event every year for as long as they exist as a Jewish people and they are still doing so today, am I right.
The only way the Jews today are able to exactly reenact the Passover is because it was passed down from generation to generation and that is what makes the story true.
How else would the present day Jews know how to exactly reenact the event unless it had been passed down to them and it stated with Moses?
We Black Americans have such a sacred celebration and ours is called Resurrection. Even the Arabians have a sacred celebration and it is Ramadan.
The truth of the story hinges of the Passover. If you have reasons not to believe other things you have no reason not to believe the Passover because you see with your very own eyes today that the Jewish people celebrates the Passover, am I right. Even Jewish Jesus celebrated the Passover in Jerusalem 2000 years after Moses, right.
This is the second time that I am posting my proof. I said all this in my comment above dated Oct. 19 @ 6:38 PM. Read it to understand it!
So, I will present this question to you. Do the Jewish people celebrate the Passover today? Your answer must be YES! And, since you answer is YES then the story is true and Dr. Clarke is wrong.
The only that I could be wrong is for you to some how talk away the Passover and that you can not do because the Jewish people today celebrates the Passover. Am I making sense?

I haven't read this book because the print version is $170 (on Amazon), but the Google eBook is $31.69, which is more within my price range. When I put the title into my search engine I got a whole list of reviews also.
Just two further comments. I prefer the use of "mythology" rather than "fiction". We can be instructed by mythology, but fiction has the unfortunate connotations of either entertainment or deceit.
As far as records being proven or disproven, well that is very hard when not all the records have survived. Until we develop time travel (not a joke) we have to rely on the body of evidence we currently have on hand, and theorize, and be willing to accept uncertainty.

Steve is an idiot. We Black Americans have an issue. Whether we see, know and feel it, we want to be sovereign free people in a country of our own. We want the chance to compute with other people and nations to be recognized as the most intelligent people in the world as Caucasian people are recognized today as the most intelligent people in the world. Dr. Clarke is wrong about religion is something to control the people. Religion is how a people were instructed by God through their prophet to worship God.
The religion of Islam is how the Arabs were instructed by Prophet Mohammed to worship God/Allah.
The religion of Judaism is how the Jewish people were instructed of worship God.
The religion LIFE is how Black Americans are instructed to worship by Prophet Harry.

The reasons I am voting for our President are: President Obama exhibits a mantle of honesty that has been absent in the whitehouse for years and in politics. He has worked diligently against a group of men and women who have done everything they could to keep him from fixing this mess. He is like the energizer bunny, he keeps going. He is like the timax watch, he keeps ticking. In spite of congress' lack of cooperation, he has made monumental changes in the health care arena; he has brought our men and women home from foreign wars, he stablized the banking industry and has haulted this country's descent into the economic bucket. Sure we have debt and it will take more than 8 years to get rid of it. However, before we can do that there are other things to do. He had to make a choice since the playing field was crammed to its edges with problems. He found Ben laden and has mended our relationship with our alies. The Name of the USA is once again not a bitter pill.

As I said earlier, There was so much to be done, he had to pick and choose. Much of the infrastructure is controlled by the states and since working to help the greatest number of people should come first. If he had focused totally on the problems within each state, he would have had at least 50 problems to fix if he did them one at a time. Fixing the Auto intustry and the banks to me, would help the infrastructure. With a second term, he can build on the foundation, fragile s it is, and ddig deeper into lessurgent issues. What would have happened in the banks and the auto industry had gone belly up? Creating jobs did help the infrastructure. Cleaning up the health care issues as best he could, did help.

Why do you all concern yourselves about White America’s things? Don’t you all think that having our own country to run is so fortunate for us that it is like our cup running over? Why don’t you all begin to think about how life and nationhood will be like for us?
But, instead, you all are concern about the Constitution and not one Black American name helped to draw up that document. I am happy for White America that they are for fortunate to have a country and a constitution. But, I am overly happy for us Black Americans that we will have our country and constitution in my life-time.
I could see immigrants concern about the Constitution because this is not their country to begin with, right.
However, Black Americans came into existence right here on this continent out of plantation slavery and therefore Black Americans are not immigrants. We are everything that White Americans are except that White Americans got to decide everything for us since they were responsible for bringing Black Americans into existence.
As White Americans own this continent Black Americans also owns a reasonable and fertile portion as well that we can call our very own country. Am I right about what I am saying?
What I am saying about Black Americans inheriting a reasonable and fertile portion of this continent that we could call our very own country is going to be divinely done in my life-time just like it was done for the Children of Israel in Moses life-time. God gave the Children of Israel life and nationhood from Egypt and the process has already started to give us life and nationhood from White America.
Am I not comparing apples to apples? So, why are you all concern about White America’s country and political system when we are coming into to ours as I type?
I know you all can not believe what I am saying, but I know behind your disbelief you all are hollering God if that could really happen I am all for it because I am making sense, am I right.

There was recent talk that the NAACP was annoyed with the president because he had not done seemingly directly for Black Americans. His response was they had not put forth an agenda. An example of change comes from the bottom as you said is the French Revolution. It was the staving common people at the bottom that stormed the walls of the castle and that changed the type of movement to what it is today.

Black Americans have been doing the same thing over and over for the past 500 years and voting is one of them, yet our conditions and situation have not improved, am I right.
Now, I come along and tell all of you there is a better way for us and that we are going to become a sovereign people and inherit a reasonable and fertile portion of this continent to become our own country.

There is immense power in the spoken Word. The same power created the worlds. Whether you believe, Harry is a prophet or not, you cannot ignore the fact he has planted a seed. When the Romans vowed to destroy the Carthaginians every time they greeted each other, they would say; "Good morning Fellow Roman, Carthage must be destroyed" and it was.
When the Hebrew’s were told to, march around a particular city several times and its gates will fall, as silly as it sounded, they did, and the walls fell. If we have faith the size of a “mustard seed” and start to speak and greet each other with “greetings we will have a sovereign nation”, it will happen! That's my take.

Hello James,
Spoken words are what come first from the prophet to his people since the prophet and his people must speak the same language. Now, because God is not human naturally God don’t speak words. I can’t speak for Moses but, what happens to me takes place in my mind. I would get a thought without making any effort on my own about prophets are racially different. It had never occurred to me that prophets are racially different. Then after that my own common sense would take over. I would begin to examine this divine thought and then expand on it. From this divine thought I saw how wrong the Muslims and Christians are because they have embraced a prophet that God did not sent of us and the prophet is not our race. While on the other hand I can see that Mohammed was sent to the Arabian people and Moses was sent to the Jewish people because the races match.
Now, bare in mind that all this originated from God to me and no Black American has ever thought along this line.
This by it self is powerful enough to bring down all Black American leaders. It is just a matter of time.
Another example, God communicated to me that Biblical Adam and Eve are metaphorically a Jewish couple. Then God said that all the descendents of Adam and Eve are Jews and when I checked it out I saw that it is true.
These early inspirations are designed to separate us Black Americans from other people’s beliefs in order that we embrace our own religion LIFE since we are going to become a sovereign people.
God also showed me that Black Americans are a new race of people. I’ve always thought that we were on the slave ships coming to America. God explain to me how we are a new race of people and I’ve shared that wisdom with you all already, right.
God has made it clear to me that we will not have anything that belongs to another people in out sovereign country! So, the Christians and Muslims must give back to the European the Christians religion and the Muslims must give back to the Arabian people their Islamic religion. And, we must accept our own religion LIFE. I am the first one to accept our religion and you all will too.
I get communications so fast that many of them I forget. Nevertheless, none of these things anyone of you all has said was wrong. So, what does that make me, but a prophet!
I know we are going to become a sovereign people right here on this continent as I have been saying.

We Black Americans are going to divinely come into the territory from the state of N.C. into the Gulf of Mexico and from the Mississippi River into the Atlantic Ocean. Let me clear up perhaps some misconceptions. I am not consigning for Harry, what I point to is his position has some relevance. What he is speaking is no different in its desired in result as Malcolm X, or any advocate who presses the need for us to do for self. It is evident that conditions have not change for us, inspite of even having a black president. The fact remains that if we are going to lift ourselves from out of the mire, it might take a new line of thought and action. Does the desire to want to control our own destiny without needing the approval of others wrong. Does the desire and need for us to fully participate in trade as independents an act of racism? Is it time for us to govern ourselves yet trade with others in the world. I always say if we own as much of industry as we spend in it, we would not have to waste good shoe leather marching we can just send two or three to the table and come away with what we want. Every other nationality does it! Whether Harry is a prophet or not, and the jury is out on that, point being he poses an interesting perspective. Now he's, Crude, and speaks to people in the language that arouses us. If you think about Jesus used language that aroused the people, else they would not have had the urge to grab him a try to throw him off the cliff. Back to Harry, like I said, I don't know if he is or not, as you know GOD does not operate according to the logic of man. As for me I will hear any argument or position that is geared towards us doing for, employing our own, and evolving into the full maturity we have been sent to achieve. The first hurdle you must get over is that Black Americans are not African people. Black Americans are a new race of people born out of the ashes of plantation slavery when the Whites bred themselves with their slaves over a period of 300 years and out of it came Black Americans. We are neither White nor are we Africans.
Scientifically speaking it is the same as crossing a peach and plum tree and out of it you get a nectarine tree. The nectarine tree is a new fruit because it is neither a plum nor is the fruit a peach. Am I right?
Because we are descendent of slaves our ability to think and reason is not good and some of us are willfully ignorant by choice. We are indeed a stupid people and I have to clean it all up.

One of the big differences between Malcolm X and me is that Malcolm never said that he was a prophet and that God is in the picture, but I have from day one and it will take a prophet to bring to bare what I am saying.
One other difference is that Malcolm committed himself to the Arabian people, but Malcolm was a Black American man. My commitment is to Black Americans and our religion LIFE because LIFE is the religion that God gave me for us.

Back to voting, again there is no doubt that I will vote for President Obama...just because. And if that is considered racist...so be it. It has been going on since the first president. With close to 21% to 50% of us unemployed, in jail, etc., we still spent $900 billion in 2011, and are on track to spend $1.03 Trillion Dollars by the end of this year. And that's the money accounted for, not the underground cash only deals.

I understand fully, and have paid close attention to your comments to Harry, as you know the deal and I the new kid on the block. But make no mistake, this Bed-Stuy born and raised "do or die" kid is not easily fooled. I have asked Harry for his writings, his radio talk show, blog site where his teachings can be found and critique. I keep mentioning the economics because that's were I'm focused. My company manufacturers consumable goods that have to be replaced often. Our purpose is to build from the strengths with in our community. Remain cognizant, find ways to support and finance business ventures that first bring rewards to our own, teach each other, assist each with our God given talents without looking for a return, take chances, keep taking chances even when the last ones didn't work out in our favor, because we are too good at making our own pay for what went wrong with another deal, and ebb and flow are a part of life, we all have a Gen. Custer story and the arrows in the back as evidence. But we must press on to the next, and the next, and the next. Its the only way. Now, Harry has much to do about...and he better get moving on hid mission, or he will end up like the story of the Wise man who save the village in Ecclesiastes, which was soon forgotten because he didn't apply the wisdom to his own situation "not saying he hasn't" just a word of caution. I have found this and many other discussion of great value because all have value whether precieved to be a contributor to society or not. Because we are all make in the image of God, and God doesn't make anything that does not have value.

Hello to All,
So, you all are looking for my works and you want to see my works with your physical eye balls, right.
Stupid people since I am the prophet my works is to work on you all’s minds and get you all to think differently.
Therefore, you all can only see my works with your mental eyes and your mental eyes have not dvelopped enough to see anything yet. James mental eye has developed faster than the rest of you all and he just recently join the site. You see my works all the time.
You see it in Siebra when see blocks me from her blog. She is not blocking me for nothing. She is blocking because my works, which is telling her that her direction and belief in Islam is wrong has effective her that she can’t stand to read anything I have to say and so she blocks me. And, Siebra is not the only one I have affected. That is some of my works.
Before anything physically can happen you all minds must change first!
When churches and mosques put me out that are some of my works. They are not putting out for nothing. They have a fear of me changing their belief and thinking. When someone like James come along and says supportive things about my position that is some of my works.
At the same time what I am doing is uniting us around one thing, one God, one prophet, one religion, one country and one direction. I am joining the Christians and Muslims into one religion LIFE. Who else but a genuine can do this among us? Nobody!
Likewise, Moses works materialized when the Hebrews came to understand Moses and accept him they walked out of Egypt, but it all started by Moses changing their minds first, right. So, what am I doing differently from Moses? I am not doing anything differently from Moses!
I am going to tell all of you again, A BIG-TIME CHANGE IS GOING TO HAPPEN FOR US IN MY LIFE-TIME and nobody can stop it. You all need to get on the right side of things.

You can post your prayer for all to see. I have incorporated it into my worship, with the exception of a word or two, but nonetheless! Develop, which I am quite sure you already have a "Ten Step Plan" not literally, just as an example, and post to a separate wordpress blog called Prophet Harry, brings LIFE to Black Americans… something to that effect, so that people can begin to embrace.
Again, I am quite sure you have the material already…use it! These visuals in concert with the art of communicating will position you as one to take seriously, that even when you bring reality to people through the strategy or method of insulting them, they actually respect the insult as it is "pulling their coat" and leading them to new levels of consciousness. Not, telling you something you don’t already know, just pointing out what could be. But keep in mind “Be as wise as a serpent and as harmful as a dove…”.we often give our enemies the means for our own destruction” As a prophet. GOD will show you the correct course.

This is Black America’s first prayer and I am not the only one that can be inspired with a prayer for Black Americans only. Many of you all can be inspired with a prayer for Black Americans only as well.
Oh God! I declare by my own free will that my soul, spirit, heart and faith belong to God only and not to White America. I acknowledge that no man could be God. Neither would God be a man. There is nothing liken unto God. Neither Jesus nor Mr. Fard Muhammad is and was ever God. I acknowledge that God created all that I see and all that I do not see as well as all that I know and all that I do not know
God deliver us, Black Americans out of our White America’s subjugation. God bless us no less than the children of Israel where blessed in their days of bondage and slavery to Pharaoh in Egypt. God deliver Black Americans onto the best portion of this continent upon which we came into existence that our slave ancestors left us that we could call our very own country with borders to worship God, pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way as God had delivered the children of Israel into their Promised Land.
We are a new race of people made by White America and African slaves. Our predicament is of no fault of our own. Because we were born into this predicament it is incumbent upon God to deliver us. Our predicament is divine. Merciful and Loving God we can not deliver ourselves. White America can not deliver us either. Hear our cries and deliver us God that we could be a real people as other people are!

Question of the day!
If Obama was elected for 20 more terms could he ever change the circumstances and situation of Black Americans?
Explain how was Black Americans ever helped by any bill passed? In other words, make your dialoguing relevant to Black American? If you can not do what I am asking then your dialoguing is in vein and a waste.
It is like a person investing his time and money going to college and getting a degree in something that could never benefit him, am I right.

For example, the man that changed the course and direction of the Children of Israel was Moses and we all know the Moses was the prophet of the Children of Israel, right. Since they had a prophet meant that God was with them. Am I making sense?

Yes, I believe the story of Moses is true. Yes, I believe change starts in the mind. Yes, I believe in the ability of the Prophet. What I do know, is for many ages 7 and up He is the first President that they are fully aware of in their lifetime. What they see, is a person that looks like them.
Moreover, that has left an impregnable vision in their minds; things will never be as they were. Who knows, he could be the Harbinger. The one who comes before the prophet to ready the people. I also know the past, is the past, and today, it is up to the Prophet of GOD to build upon what has taken place to lead the people to greater heights.

Provide grants and low-interest loans to green businesses and cooperatives, with an emphasis on small, locally-based companies that keep the wealth created by local labor circulating in the community, rather than being drained off to enrich absentee investors.
Renegotiate NAFTA and other "free trade'' agreements that export American jobs, depress wages, and undermine the sovereign right of Americans and citizens of other countries to control their own economy.
WORKER RIGHTS
Provide full protection for workplace rights, including the right to a safe workplace and the right to organize a union without fear of firing or reprisal by passing the Employee Free Choice Act.

BUDGET AND TAXES

Rewrite the entire tax code to be truly progressive with tax cuts for working families, the poor and middle class, and higher taxes for the richest Americans.

Stop draining the non-profit sectors of our economy in order to give tax cuts to the for-profit sectors.
Relieve the debt overhang holding back the economy by reducing homeowner and student debt burdens.
Ensure the right to accessible and affordable utilities – heat, electricity, phone, internet, and public transportation – through democratically run, publicly owned utilities that operate at cost, not for profit.
Maintain and upgrade our nation's essential public infrastructure, including highways, railways, electrical grids, water systems, schools, libraries, and the Internet, resisting privatization or policy manipulation by for-profit interests.
Establish a 90% tax on bonuses for bailed out bankers.
FINANCIAL REFORM
Break up the oversized banks that are “too big to fail,” starting with Bank of America.
Create a Corporation for Economic Democracy, a new federal corporation (like the Corporation for Public Broadcasting) to provide publicity, training, education, and direct financing for cooperative development and for democratic reforms to make government agencies, private associations, and business enterprises more participatory.
End bailouts for the financial elite and use the FDIC resolution process for failed banks to reopen them as public banks where possible after failed loans and underlying assets are auctioned off.
Bring monetary policy under democratic control by prohibiting private banks from creating money, thus restoring government's Constitutional authority.
Let pension funds be managed by boards controlled by workers, not corporate managers.
Regulate all financial derivatives and require them to be traded on open exchanges.
Require banks to use honest bookkeeping so that toxic assets cannot be hidden or sold to unsuspecting persons.
Restore the Glass-Steagall separation of depository commercial banks from speculative investment banks.
Democratize monetary policy to bring about public control of the money supply and credit creation. This means nationalizing the private bank-dominated Federal Reserve Banks and placing them under a Federal Monetary Authority within the Treasury Department.
Establish federal, state, and municipal publicly-owned banks that function as non-profit utilities and focus on helping people, not enriching themselves.
EDUCATION
Provide tuition-free education from kindergarten through college, thus eliminating the student debt crisis.
Forgive existing student debt.
Protect our public school systems from privatization
End high-stakes testing and stop punishing students and teachers for failures of the system in which they work.
Stop denying students diplomas based on tests.
Stop using merit pay to punish teachers.
HEALTH CARE
Provide complete, affordable, quality health care for every American through an improved Medicare-for-all insurance program.
Allow full access to all medically justified contraceptive and reproductive care.
Expand women's access to the "morning after" contraception by lifting the Obama Administration's ban.
Roll back the community drivers of chronic disease, including poor nutrition, health-damaging pollution, and passive dirty transportation.
Avoid chronic diseases by investing in essential community health infrastructure such as local, fresh, organic food systems, pollution-free renewable energy, phasing out toxic chemicals, and active transportation such as bike paths and safe sidewalks that dovetail with public transit.
End overcharging for prescription drugs by using bulk purchasing negotiations.
Ensure that consumers have essential information for making informed food choices by expanding product labeling requirements for country of origin, GMO content, toxic chemical ingredients, fair trade practices, etc.
HOUSING
Impose an immediate moratorium on foreclosures and evictions.
Offer capital grants to non-profit developers of affordable housing until all people can obtain decent housing at no more than 25% of their income.
Create a federal bank with local branches to take over homes with distressed mortgages, and either restructure the mortgages to affordable levels, or if the occupants cannot afford a mortgage, rent homes to the occupants.
Expand rental and home ownership assistance and create ample public housing.
CLEAN ENERGY
Create a binding international treaty to reduce atmospheric carbon dioxide to levels deemed safe by scientific analysis to reduce global warming.
Phase out coal power plants to end their unacceptable harm to the climate, health and the economy.
End mountaintop removal in Appalachia.
Redirect research funds from fossil fuels and other dead-end industries toward research in renewable energy and conservation.
Build a nationwide smart electricity grid that can pool and store power from a diversity of renewable sources, giving the nation clean, democratically-controlled, terrorist-proof energy.
Phase out nuclear power and end nuclear subsidies.
Stop hydrofracking to prevent devastating pollution of groundwater, destruction of roads from the transport of millions of tons of toxic water, and the threats of earthquakes recently determined to be caused by drilling and disposal of fracking water in seismically unstable regions.
End Federal subsidies for "clean coal" -- an expensive, carbon intensive, unproven technology promoted by the coal industry public relations campaign.
Halt all drilling that poses a threat to public lands or water resources.
Halt the Keystone XL pipeline and bring the tar sand oils under a comprehensive climate protection treaty.
CIVIL LIBERTIES
Issue an Executive Order prohibiting Federal agencies from conspiring with local police to infringe upon right of assembly and peaceful protest.
Repeal the Patriot Act that violates our constitutional right to privacy and protection against unreasonable search and seizure.
Repeal the unconstitutional provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act that gives the president the power to indefinitely imprison and even assassinate American citizens without due process.
Oppose the Online Piracy Act and all other legislation that would undermine freedom and equality on the Internet.
Pass the Equal Rights Amendment to forever end discrimination based on gender.
Eliminate the doctrine of corporate personhood with a constitutional amendment to clarify that only human beings have constitutional rights.
Implement marriage equality nationwide to end discrimination against same-s*x couples.
Expand federal support for locally-owned broadcast media and local print media.
VOTING RIGHTS AND DEMOCRACY
Enact the full Voter's Bill of Rights guaranteeing each person's right to vote, the right to have our votes counted on hand-marked paper ballots, and the right to vote within systems that give each vote meaning.
Abolish the electoral college and directly elect the President.
Get the big money payoffs out of politics by implementing public funding of election campaigns.
Reverse the Citizens United ruling to revoke corporate personhood, and amend our Constitution to make clear that corporations are not persons and money is not speech.
Restore the right to run for office and eliminate unopposed races by removing ballot access barriers.
Require the use of auditable, hand-counted paper ballots in all local, state, and federal elections.
Guarantee equal access to the ballot and to the debates to all qualified candidates
Eliminate “winner take all” elections in which the “winner” does not have the support of most of the voters, and replace that system with instant runoff voting and proportional representation.
Provide equal and free access to the airways for all candidates, not just those with big campaign warchests.
Enact statehood for the District of Columbia to ensure the region has full representation in Congress, and full powers of self-rule.
Restore voting rights to ex-offenders who’ve paid their debt to society.
Require that all votes are counted before election results are released.
Replace partisan oversight of elections with non-partisan election commissions.
Celebrate our democratic aspirations by making Election Day a national holiday.
Bring simplified, safe same-day voter registration to the nation so that no qualified voter is barred from the polls.
Protect our right to vote by supporting Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr.’s proposed “Right to Vote Amendment,” to clarify to the Supreme Court that yes, we do have a constitutional right to vote.
Protect the legitimate exercise of local democracy by making clear that acts of Congress establish a floor, and not a ceiling, on laws relating to economic regulation, workers rights, human rights, and the environment.
PEACE AND FOREIGN POLICY
Cut the bloated Pentagon budget by 50%.
End use of assassination as an instrument of U.S. foreign policy, including collaborative assassination through intermediaries.
Increase our energy security by reducing our nation's dependence on oil.
Demilitarize U.S. foreign policy to emphasize human rights, international law, multinational diplomatic initiatives and support for democratic movements across the world.
Restore the National Guard as the centerpiece of our defense.
Create a nuclear free zone in the Middle East region and require all nations in area to join.
Oppose attacks on nuclear facilities.
Ban use of drone aircraft for assassination, bombing, and other offensive purposes.
End the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, withdrawing both troops and military contractors.
Make human rights and international law the basis of our policy in the Middle East.
Join 159 other nations in signing the Ottawa treaty banning the use of anti-personnel land mines.
Close some 140 U.S. military bases abroad.
Initiate a new round of nuclear disarmament initiatives.
ENVIRONMENT
Create millions of green jobs in areas such as weatherization, recycling, public transportation, worker and community owned cooperatives, and energy-efficient infrastructure.
Adopt the EPA's new tougher standards on ozone pollution.
Promote conversion to sustainable, nontoxic materials.
Promote use of closed-loop, zero waste processes.
Promote organic agriculture, permaculture, and sustainable forestry.
IMMIGRATION
Grant undocumented immigrants who are already residing and working in the United States a legal status which includes the chance to become U.S. citizens.
Halt deportations of law-abiding undocumented immigrants.
Repeal the deceptively named Secure Communities Act.
Improve economic conditions abroad to reduce flow of immigrants, in part by repealing NAFTA.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Repair our communities rather than dump resources into the prison-industrial complex.
Work to eliminate laws tying judge’s hands with mandatory sentencing requirements.
Immediately legalize medical use of marijuana and move to permit general legal sales under suitable regulatory framework.

Absentee ballots I understand. Mail-in votes for those not able to get to the polls on Nov. 6. I understand. But early voting I don't understand. November 6 is Election Day, and since I don't have any constraints, I would not consider doing otherwise than presenting myself in person on that day.

Open-source software is necessary to achieve personal, cultural, and organizational security in the face of technological threats brought by corporations and individual criminals.
9. Government has a vital role in breaking up software monopolies, not so much by filing antitrust suits, but by buying nothing but open systems. The U.S. Government and the larger states are buyers large enough to influence the computer and software systems through their purchasing. It should be illegal for a government agency to create and store information vital to its operations in a format it doesn't control. Governments should always consider storing information with open-source software and in-house staff instead of only commercial systems, vendors and software. One way to achieve this would be to add a virtual bid for in-house open source deployment whenever a software purchase goes out for bid.
10. The Green Party supports protection of software (free or proprietary) by means of the copyright. We strongly oppose granting of software patents. Mathematical algorithms are discovered, not invented, by humans; therefore, they are not patentable. The overwhelming majority of software patents cover algorithms, and should never have been awarded, or they cover message formats of some kind, which are essentially arbitrary. Format patents only exist to restrain competition, and the harm falls disproportionately on programmers who work independently or for the smallest employers.

Do not know anything about the ancillary parties. I say, ancillary because at this point they are only taking votes away from one or the other mainstream candidate. I'm sorry, but it seems like voting for one of the third party candidates is like a vote against the establishment. But, to each its own. I do believe we need more than two mainstream parties.

Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein was selected by popular viewer vote to advance to a second round of debates after squaring off in an Oct. 23 four-way contest with candidates of the Libertarian, Constitution and Justice Parties.
The first debate was sponsored by the Free and Equal Elections Foundation, and received national, even world attention, partially boosted by the presence of high-profile moderator Larry King, the former CNN interview giant. The debate was also moderated by Free and Equal founder and chairperson Christina Tobin.
On Oct. 30 Stein will square off with the other winner of the first debate, former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson, who is the Libertarian Party choice for President. Rocky Anderson, who is running on the Justice Party ticket and Virgile Goode of the Constitution Party lagged far behind in a final tally of 47, 836 votes cast by viewers of the debates.
Libertarian Johnson garnered the most votes with 28,149 and with Stein receiving 15,305. Rocky Anderson was far behind with 4382 and Virgile Goode managed just 2,698 votes.

I agree not to vote makes you wonder about the person. The two party system hog ties the voter with no real options. However, in light of that fact, history would not have been made if President Obama ran under a third party. It's a known fact that Republicans and Democrats will do whatever it takes to ensure third party candidates are not seen or heard. 1st let me address your question regarding Steve. No offense Steve, but whatever Steve interest is has no Barings on me its pure conversation. I address what is relevant, and what’s not…not!
Now, about you. I have more than recognize the fact that you have brought to the forefront of my consciousness that we are a new race, irrespective of the fact, half of our ancestral background dates back to the beginning of time. Nonetheless, Black Americans are anew.
I have no problem telling you or anyone else they are correct and I am wrong. In no why does it make me feel less of a man, but actually more of one because very few of us can honestly admit when we are wrong, without a little wiggle room to justify ourselves. I don’t have that hang up.
I am 57 years of age, and have been the benefactor of people, Black Americans, etc., sowing seeds of knowledge into my consciousness. However, they have not claimed to be a prophet. However, you do, claim to be "the" Prophet sent by God from within the same culture (race) as those to be enlighten or brought into the "promise land", I ‘m cool with that. “So mote it be!”
I don't personally know you, you said and believe you are, and whether I believed you or not, the possibility is not impossible. I did not check or investigate the validity of what you said; I took it at face value. Because if a man, or women confess to me who they are or believe to be, unless it is totally ridiculous, it is not my place to say they are not, as we know Gods ways are as mysterious as the way the wind blows, and HE surely does not need to agree or disagree for what he has put in motion. As HIS logic is not that of man. So, again I reserve judgment to Him who is qualified to judge man.
I hope I am clear about this so that we do not have to continue to revisit this fruitless discussion, which seems more like an exercise in libido.
Moreover, do not believe for one second that I have become weary of dealing with mortal men. The fact remains; there is work to be done in the field, and few workers. And whether you believe or not, it doesn't change anything, I must be about the work I have been sent to do. If you have something to teach of value, TEACH! Other than that…you know the deal!

I am committed to disabusing people of any obsessive focus on differing characteristics as a point of separating humans into different valuation categories. Humans are of value as humans. We are common kin across the cultures, languages and geographical distances.
On the other hand these amazing variations of characteristics and even more varied cultural characteristics are a continuing source of fascination for people in general. Matters of curiosity you might say. They are likewise legitimate targets of investigation by the hard sciences and social sciences.
These are valid interests in who we are as humans. It does not help to ignore differences, which denies an inherent part of us. But rather we can affirm these physical differences, just as we can our cultural differences.

The answer to why Black Americans have not turn out in record numbers to vote since the Civil War is because it has been 150 years since the Civil War and Black with in this time period nature has reveal to the spirits and souls of Black Americans especially the youths that if our condition don’t change and it has not change we will never be able to compete against the other races, especially White America to be the best steward of this earth. We will always be a subjugated people unless God help us as God had helped the Children of Israel out of their situation that is very similar to our. Their situation was called bondage and slavery. Ours are subjugation, oppression and suppression. Either case neither the Children of Israel nor Black Americans are free and sovereign people, am I right. The same thing that God did for the Children of Israel God has starting doing for us Black Americans already and within my life-time Black Americans are going to be a free and sovereign people.
Right now White America along with the rest of the Caucasian race has God’s crown of being the best steward of this earth. Caucasians are more advance than any other race, am I right. Well, we Black Americans should desire to have that crown and to get that crown you have to have brain. The Chinese people are right behind the Caucasians, am I right. God will never reward this crown to stupid and ignorant people. It would defy common sense.

@Steve and Earl..."I" continue to say...We tend to see life through the eyes of our own culture as well as my culture did not start in the 60s but began in Africa with hunters and gathers which means my culture is not static but like every thihng else the must survive by evolving as its environemnt elvoves...
It took many books and class as well as knowing thet being Black is an experience only an Black can fully understand...In my 4 years as an African and African-American study major I learned a lot about my culture and being Black as being unique aka different...
My best advice toyou is to go to the UCD website and look at all of the classes you may be interested in I doubt if the same text books we used are still being used as each teacher choses their won text books as well as I continue to try and say that he laws that worked from the 50s can no longer work in tis day and age and due to there is more diversity and the majority race is no longer the dominate race in America...
but, someting I always advise any and every one who really want to learn about my race is to get a book written from the african-centered not european-centered on the Black family...this is the best way to begin because my culture is not father centered but mother centered and respect for the oldest member of the family is a priority as well as our oral history.
also it is a way to learn that in the south we are more relate to the things in africa then we are in america still to this day...it is we have lost information as to why thisis...this we relearn and it is a way to gain respect and pride and powers lost, taught out of us but I repeat this is where our oral history comes in. (smile)

@Steve, at UCD every 10 weeks we have a brand new semester and brand new books...I have kept all of my books, phamplets and most of my term papers, ect. And, one of the main reasons I never refer books on the site is what is so tempting for me to give you the name of a book from my class in one of my Black women study...
this book is centered on Sister Rosa Parks and Dr. King and bvboe which will cause you to need to accept thet what you have learned so far about the civil right's movement is more clsoe to lies than truths. And, why I say that most of the BIA history known in America really has noting to do with our community...and, yes this is why I keep saying ethnic study does make the students in these majors mad as hell is true when states like Az. says this!

he and I both have in common a love of learning and teaching each other an what it boils down to he and I is more like we ae discussing American history, and a history from looking at a major group and a sub group, but it is still the history of the nation of our birth...it is about Education not a mine is better then yours education, but about learning for the sake of growth, a growth much needed if we are to ever have peace on earth goodwill towards mankind. NOT TO WoRRY brother Rabbit..as this goes along with my life's work against prejudice and trying to pull the wool over people's eyes does not stop with skin color, gender nor social status, only trying to get all sides of an issue into dialogue so that people can vote their own conscious and not the loudest political ads out there...

... One of the cutest parts in the book is telling about this bus driver seeing a Blackyouth about to catch his bus and a black lady running towards his bus which meant he was to now have two Blacks willing to break the bus strike...
