Tonya Battle, an African-American nurse in Flint, Mich., is suing her Hurley Medical Center employer for discrimination after she was instructed to stay away from a white newborn, writes the Daily News. The lawsuit states: "The father told the [nurse in charge] that he did not want [any] African Americans taking care of his baby." It adds that, during the conversation with Battle's supervisor, the father rolled up his sleeve to reveal a tattoo of a Swastika. The court documents say: "She [BATTLE]was shocked, offended and in disbelief that she was so egregiously discriminated against based on her race and re-assigned." WNEM TV5 reports that a meeting was then held to tell staff about the new policy regarding the baby. And when Battle, an employee since 1988, returned to work she saw a note in the patient's file that read: "No African American nurse to take care of baby."

Hello,
Isn’t this another good reason why we Black Americans should want to have our own that we don’t have to endure such humiliation?
It baffles me why we would think that we can not live as good if not better as White Americans if we were living in our own country.

I am not talking about any rapture and heavenly homes. I am talking about the Black nurse and the White baby issue and why we Black Americans are going to become a sovereign people in my like-time.
So, I am asking you to agree with me that this issue is one more good reason why God is giving us a country of our own.

All Black Americans who are descendents of plantation slaves have White in us am I right. since that is the case would you say that the White in us came over here on slave ships as the African part of us did? You believe that we Black Americans came from Africa then the White in us also came from Africa and that is not true.
You all are not analytically thinking. We are a new race of people that came into existence right here on this continent. There are no records of us in Africa and you all know it!

No Harry, I do not believe ALL descendents of plantation slaves have European DNA
The Gullah Natives areAfrican descendants who worked on the Rice Producing Plantations;
Louisiana Slaves were miscegenated with Spanish and French (Creole). In Florida, Alabama and Georgia with the Native Americans....
I believe that I have African DNA and Native DNA; now if there are any more miscegenation going on... I don't know.
So in that; not all Black Americans
