Law Student Educates Cop About Gun Rights During An Illegal Stop (456 hits)

Watching something like this makes me realize just how ignorant of certain laws I really am. Of course I'm not a law student, but I sure was proud of this guy!

Wow. They gave him his gun back and let him go. Any idea where this happened? Open carry is asking for trouble most places, legal or not. Good thing he knew the law. Apparently the cop did too.

JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO...AND IT IS SUCH A SHAME THE REASON IT WAS TURNED DOWN SINCE IT HAD TO DOWITH ENOUGH INNOCENT PEOPLES DYING AND BEING INJURED WHEN GANGS MAKE MISTAKES IN IDENTIFYING RIVAL GANG MENBERS AND THEIR 'ASSUMING' THEY HAVE A WEAPON ON THEM...

JUST THINK OF IF THEY KNEW THEY HAD A GUN ON THEM AND EVEN IF THEY WERE GOING TO USE IT OR NOT OR IF IT WAS LOADED OR NOT! (NUP)
