Blessings of love...
Often the purpose of meditation is to calm, think, pray, reflect and change. In doing so you will be finding your mind in thoughts. Thoughts of all the elements and or situations around you, but your main goal is clearing thoughts of things in the world and gaining the thoughts which are unseen by faith. Finding your thoughts of spiritual things pertaining to the Lord's Word. Finding your thoughts begins with thinking of leaving all things concerning the world to finding thoughts of purest love in the heart. This finds meditation of the Word taking the place of thoughts that world brings you. It is not hard to think of your next meal, or to worry about money and paying your bills. They come anyway, but the thought process will change you to ones that is focused in finding God's love is in your total mind process.
Spiritual accomplishments, of grace, goodness, kindness and the love of God filling your mind with thoughts of Him will take place. It begins with the commitment and time to think only on him. Giving hymns of praise, reading the WORD and absorbing the love and grace. Analysis of the effective inspirations of having meditation of the All Mighty. These are the thoughts you'll find will give a meditation gifted insights in finding thoughts of Him remarkable!
"Oh how I love thy law it is my meditation all the day"

You can be also finding your thoughts like the psalmist. Godly thoughts all the day in everything, Then you will be finding your thoughts are truly pure.
"Let the words of my mouth the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight O'Lord my strength and my redeemer.
