Kenyatta's has been announced winner of the Presidency after the Supreme Court of Kenya decided in the recount of the election votes. Contender Prime Minister Raila Odinga wanted a recount after he felt that the election presented some irregularities. Odinga has accepted that the lost the election although he voices he did not agree on the Supreme Court decision. Odinga stated that his faith in constitutionalism remains supreme.'
