Libertarians, Greens, Republicans, Democrats, Occupy, Tea Party Independents Unite to Break The Two Party System

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS - The Free & Equal Elections Foundation has announced that Gary Johnson and Jill Stein have confirmed to speak at the United We Stand Festival, to be held at the Verizon Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas, on Saturday, June 22nd from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.Gary Johnson is a successful businessman who used his entrepreneurial skills to become a very successful two-term Governor of New Mexico from 1995 to 2003. In 2012, Johnson cut his ties with the Republican Party and was nominated as the Libertarian Party’s candidate for President of the United States.
Jill Stein is a physician specializing in internal medicine, and was the Green Party’s nominee for President in the 2012 election. She will be speaking live at the United We Stand Festival, while Johnson will be speaking and interacting with attendees via social media.
Both Johnson and Stein were given a platform for their positions in 2012′s open debates hosted by Free & Equal and moderated by Larry King. The open debates were broadcast worldwide on C-SPAN and online with an estimated viewing audience of 20 million. Christina Tobin, Founder of the Free & Equal Elections Foundation said, “The United We Stand Fest will be the kick-off event for igniting the grassroots movement to break the stranglehold of the two-party duopoly and reform the electoral process throughout the U.S. once and for all.”
Other notable speakers to appear at this summer’s event include actor, author and former Independent Governor of Minnesota Jesse Ventura, media personalities Ben Swann and Josh Tolley, Emmy Award-winning whistle-blower and former CNN reporterAmber Lyon, President of Gun Owners of America Larry Pratt, comedian Elizabeth Imus-Zero, Dan Johnson, 19 year-old Founder of People Against the National Defense Authorization Act (PANDAA), Sheriff Richard Mack, and more.
A wide range of topics will be covered by the featured speakers including talks focusing on the Federal Reserve, the drone wars, internet freedom, foreign policy and civil liberties.Live music will be provided by honest rock bands Saving Abel performing ‘Bringing Down the Giant’, and Golden State, whose song ‘Bombs (End This War)’ became an anthem for the anti-war movement in 2012. Singer-songwriter Tatiana Moroz and more honest artists will also perform.
Dr. Ron Paul, actor Vince Vaughn, and hip-hop artist Lupe Fiasco have been invited to the Festival. Musicians Tom Morello and Ziggy Marley and authors G. Edward Griffin and Judge Andrew Napolitano, Oliver Stone, Bernie Sanders and Ted Nugent have also been invited to participate.
