Daughter Rashida Stand says she's proud that she and her father are working together to kickoff the campaign to support research for cure of prostate cancer. In a nationally soon to be televised television commercial, Rashida and her famous dad, Quincy Jones filmed the commercial in support of the Stand Up for Cancer commercials. Many know Quincy Jones by his songwriting, producer and Grammy and his newly recent election in the Music Hall of Fame along with his other prestigious awards. Now he and his recognized daughter Rashida Stand who stars in the popular televised show Parks and Recreation will air the a commercial together. The two hope to spread awareness for early prevention and research for cure of men who have or may encounter prostate cancer. Lookout! You may see the commercial shown in your area soon. Father and daughter thought it was a great way to start off the campaign on Father's Day.
