At the current rate, 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Although breast cancer development is quite a complex process that is closely linked to genetic factors, evidence has long suggested that when coupled with regular screening examinations, healthy lifestyle choices can still greatly influence breast cancer occurrence and survival from the disease.
