Doctors are urging to avoid frost bite by covering up exposed skin, and by staying home if at all possible. The grip is sealing it all up. In Buffalo, New York temps dropped to a -1 and in Chicago temperatures are on the minus side. Homeless persons are also advised to find shelters to keep the freezer wrap off them, and many shelters are expecting overcrowding groups to show for a warm place.
