Guillotine may not be a bad ideal. Now we keep people on death row 15/20/25/30/35 years and then argue over the most humane way to execute them. Firing squads, hanging, gas chamber, electric chairs and now, lethal injection is being questioned. The guillotine is fast, furious and final. They will be gone in less than a second...think about it. Or better yet, outlaw the death penalty. More people on DR die a natural death so why do we insist on having it?
