Today is Poet's Day
Poet's express! Resound!
And Voice!

I AM A PEOPLE

O' hark the call to hear

that

I am a people.

I drive on the life way with
different roads,
paths,
and juggle with
tracking in rooted jungles.

I am a people.

I cultivate a ground of
dirt and soil
and in the wintry garments
I wrap my cold shoulders.

In earth I share words
with other people
who have shovels and
garden instruments for
their tilling
have
cause or effect.

I am a people.

From toe
to foot
to leg
and ankle
to thigh
and midriff
and arms
and from neck
to face.
I am a poet.

I'm working on a 4th book, only this one exactly isn't all poetry; but a meditation devotional.

Wow, I need to catch up to you... ;-) I am planning to transfer all of might writings from my two blogs which is mostly sermons but also commentaries into book form. There is a very long poem I did that is about oh gosh very long. I have also done a complete verse by verse commentary on the books of Zechariah, Joel, much of Revelation, Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Genesis. This year I am trying to get it all into book forms now. Also that novel is a beginning to a series of books about "The Drawing." The two blogs to see some of my stuff in non edited format is at these links:

I used to have my stuff edited pretty good but when I transferred it from xanga when it self imploded it changed the formatting on a lot of my stuff which I never quite caught up with the editing...
