
Well, we do have to drink water and a delicious glass of water can be just the light heart of a conversation. The truth as many know everyone doesn't drink enough of this precious body needing drink. Recommend intake of water is at least 8 ounces of glasses of water 8 times a day. However, some people actual drink more. The benefits of water are excellent. It just washes you inside and outside. Sometimes you can drop a slice a lemon or lime to tap it all off. Drink up it's light and has zero calories. That'll keep it light. I'm thirsty for a glass right now. I'll just take mine with no ice.
Water is Essential to life.
