Black American culture is starving for leadership. It is important for placement of this role in that the absence of it creates a void allowing for the continued manipulation of proper direction and guidance. White america is not designed to "lead" black american culture. So lets look at what is happening in the world.
Islam is the number one challenge facing America. The rulers are careful not to make it look like America is at war with ISLAM because there is no winning. The effects of Islam is worldly and there is no safe place where there exist no muslims. So new leadership for black america would have to deal with the rise of ISLAM power.
