Greetings with Love!

When one is searching the heart to examine oneself;  meditation along with fasting will increase his, or her trust and faith with God.  There must be sincere commitment and dedicated fasting to discover God's Holy Spirit's growth for your life.   Fasting is not uncommon, but many people of God who pray and meditate they do not fast.  I encourage the bringing back of fasting as it is a pleasing meditation work in a closer relationship you will develop with the Lord.

 

Begin:  Set aside meditation and fasting days and time of hours you will hold the fast.  Make arrangements to keep the meditation and while fasting it is better not to let anyone know your are fasting.

 

I will give you more tips on fasting techniques for the within next 4 weeks along with scriptures to aid and assist to a rewarding accomplishment in fasting.  For now, start thinking seriously of making your meditation and fast time during the month of April 2015.  We together will put on The Sackcloths.

 "But as for me, when they were sick,
