MEMORABLE.....

Hash tag that to Chicago Cubs game verus The New York Mets and you have a victory win that Chicago will be most glad to remember. The Cubs which is somewhat considered the underdog to the Mets turned out in a most rewarding, but good match up game on Thursday. In the past four months the Cubs have had ups and downs, but the past four days it's been a memorable twist of fate they made a clean sweep of Thursday's game with the Mets. Cubs pitcher Anthony Rizzo said over the win "Just goes to show you put together goods at bat you play clean baseball and good things will happen." Winning the game wasn't a clear walk through, as the Cubs never made a homerun, but a good ball plan helped with a lot of determination to keep it moving. The complete sweep came during the 7th inning when Dexter Fowler singled and advance to second base and Rizzo was hit by a second pitch and that's when Kris Bryant advanced him to third base on a fly ball allowing Fowler to make that winning score! That led the Cubs to a winning score!!! Well, I get a bit excited, it was a great game play....So if you weren't there you got to read about the memory the Cubs are thanking baseball gods, I reckon?

The Cubs defeated that game over the Mets 6 to 5...

We might see those Cubs fall, but they are wide awake from hybernation dreams. It was exciting to baseball fans!!! Maybe even a few others too! Like me!
